I don't recommend having less than 9 tads. I would say around 10-12 tads should be good. Windy sucks in blue unless you have an alt. Bombs are useless in blue now so no need for bomber and Frosty.
some advice, you only need 1 diamond bee the ratio of y our tadpoles to buoyants should be around 11 tads and 17 buoyants, and the only red bee you want is festive if you can instantly gift it
