Is this job over staffed? I'm extremely interested in doing this due to my interest in space travel and rockets etc. I just want to be sure that I can get this job.

@@connermyers5481 Hey Conner Myers! It says your comment is from 6 years ago but I'll shoot my shot. My dream is to become a Space Systems Operator and I've been stocking up on EVERYTHING I can learn about the Space Force. My Air Force recruiter told me that with my lack of college education and with all my waiver stuff he has to do, he will only get me into the Air Force and it's up to me to try to eventually transfer over into the Space Force after a few years. Is my recruiter being lazy or looking out for me? What degrees or certifications do the higher ups generally prefer? How can I best prepare myself to join the Space Force in the future? I check my UA-cam most days of the week so I look forward to your response! Thank you very much for your time. 1/16/2024.
What an awesome job! Thanks and GO AIRFORCE!
