Ah yes the guilt you feel when you're actually doing something instead of watching reels/tiktoks. I used to be the same before i decided i wanted to have a career in art, but now that i can look at drawing like it's work that guilt went away :)) It's really funny how you don't care about the time you waste when watching short form content, but if you do something that has more significance you're like "well now that i'm actually doing something, it's not the right thing i SHOULD be doing right now"
