In Maryland you would need to have a Motorcycle license to operate that, Tag and pay/carry insurance lol

@ It has a seat with no step through so its not a scooter by law. It has a seat with no peddles so its not a moped or e bike! So it would be by law considered a electric Motorcycle. you would need a motorcycle license, tagged and insured. And also could not drive it on any pedestrian walkways! with that said Im sure you would not get looked at for driving it around by the police.

@@Ramonatho I never said I don't trust batteries. I just don't want to buy something that requires batteries because the long term durability of them doesn't compare to a well engineered internal combustion engine. I usually keep stuff for a very long time and when it does eventually break I like being able to easily and cheaply fix it myself. A good comparison when it comes to longevity is comparing something like an electric car to something like a regular toyota. Most toyotas easily last more than 300,000 miles and some can easily last more than 500,000 miles. Do you really think anything powered by any type of currently available battery is going to still be on the road after 300-500k miles?
