Easy Way To Beat Ship Graveyard (Crushing) - Uncharted 4 Chapter 20 - No Escape

I made this video to show that it doesn't matter what weapons you start this fight with. You can pick up everything you need to get through this Encounter in the chapter itself.
If you die during the first section it's always better to restart the Encounter, since it puts you in a better starting position than the checkpoint that dumps you behind the fence. Once you reach the second ship the checkpoints are pretty generous, so you won't have too many problems there.
This way of doing it is pretty consistent because it uses strategies discovered by some Big Boss speedrunners. I added commentary over the first part because some of the things they do aren't immediately clear from just watching their videos.

Thanks so much. I dropped in with 34 bullets in my uzee and 1 round in my condor. Got absolutely demolished using other peoples "easy method" and couldnt even get to the first checkpoint. Got it within 20 mins using your method. Also checked out your other videos. Great skills!

Omg your a genius!!!! I bet this my second try using your method, I’ve been trying this for 2 days. By far the easiest way to do this. This worked exactly as described, just make sure to nade the second wave immediately or the runner guy comes after you. Huge help!!!

I tried different ways and got pretty close with slow war of attrition but this section of the game is broken on Crushing. They give you a checkpoint before the second wave on Hard and lower difficulties but take it away on Crushing. Without that checkpoint it’s too hard to maintain great gameplay all the way to the end when enemies can kill you so quickly. I wound up doing it your way. Bravo.
The Hunter enemies that grapple you make this section difficult too. I think this encounter is badly designed compared to most of the other fights in the game.

You don’t understand how much I love you rn I would no joke give you my first born. I was legit ab to cry with the amount of times I died.
This has helped a lot so far, but for some reason one guy(almost always 1 sniper) behind me always survives and shoots me in the back while I'm fighting the minigunners(And the hunters are the first ones out for me instead of last like in your case)...
I will try again tomorrow.
EDit: I just did it. I kinda had to improvise a bit, because of the sniper behind me and several more enemies comming out of the ship. But in the end I did it. Thanks for this video :)

@@davetompkins1255 Took me like 20-30 tries, but I moved a bit more to the left on the log, killed the 2 heavies, threw the grenades and then sprinted back to the ship. And from there I fought off all the other enemies.
@@youngstar312 yeah ended up getting it. Had 1 sniper left but he didn't push so spam grenade the door as they game then blind fire the charges and mini gunners shot all dudes rolled away from the other charger killed sniper then fought the other guy in hand to hand!

Lighteninggod is incredible! I watched their speedrun and also GUV’s, and after a lot of practice I managed to do something similar. So I made a video to help explain how the speedrun strategies work. I also wanted to show people that you can make it through using just the weapons you can pick up during the fight, and that you don’t need to worry about bringing specific weapons with you.
I love this part just because of how much it punishes people 😄

So i got to this encounter with 9 bullets in Para 45, and some Scoped assault rifle
Was stuck for about 3 hours then I opened up a guide on how to beat it
Turns out I had to restart the chapter and get 2 grenades, 60 bullets in one of the ARs and a reasonably loaded Para 45

I think this may be how the developers wanted you to beat the level. But yet not many plays the chapter in this aggressive way. I used to run back up after collecting the gold revolver.

By way I saw the links you provided but feel your way is still cleaner and more consistent. Lightning decided to use red barrel which I find way too risky with 2 (?!?) snipers training their sights on you and Guv neglected to grab the Magnum which made taking down the Brutes way longer and more dangerous. What I would add to this strategy would be to kill the 2 initial guards from above before jumping down which nets you a checkpoint with two guys already dead and 2 grenades ready to use. This makes phase 1 before going after the deck snipers way easier. You can spam grenades all the way to the Barok. Then use your location and timing to finish it off. Way faster than my chickenshit way of picking them off one by one from perch on high. 😅

Seems like the best strategy so far. But I got 2 runners and those heavy gunners coming out at the beginning of second wave. Don't know why.
Yeah, so much RNG in this fight. I should really update this video with some safer strats.
@@elenaphisher244 got it dude👍😁😁😁 finally after 5 hours. I'm guessing 100 tries. It worked. Just trowed 4 grenades immediately before the wall blows up. Runners died. The blind shots with golden gun was a great tip. Thanks you so so much. Best strategy. Got it within 7 tries.
