Dwayne N Jazz in the comics, Thanos cursed Deadpool with immortality
Deadpool is an Anti-Hero so he doesn't get killed with the villains but he isn't a good guy as well.
Deadpool is more good though especially in the movies. The only think that made him an anti hero was that he was more violent and vulgar compared to the other super heroes.
He's killed heros, hell there is a series where he kills everyone in marvel both heroes and villains,
also the comics of how he destroyed the marvel universe/ kill all the heroes
i thout deadpool was a good guy i think he should aded that on dark faider not deadpool

Funfact: the part when Nebula took the gauntet was based from the comics when thanos was bonding with the universe uncounsiouly, Nebula snatched the gauntlet and brought half of the universe back.

Another funfact is that the reason Thanos killed half of the universe was because there was more living people than dead people and Death(i dont know her name or title) asked him to do it because her title would be useless if there wasnt anyone dead

The reason why Deadpool will not be erased from existence is because technically Deadpool is not the villain and what I thor did was kill all the villains. Deadpool is an antihero which means he’s not a Villain nor is he a Hero

The only ways to kill Deadpool is the infinity gauntlet and apparently crushing him between two alternate earths.
But if Deadpool's healing factor is based off Wolverine's healing factor and Wolverine can regenerate from a single drop of blood then Deadpool could most likely be able to regenerate from the dust. So the only way to kill Deadpool is crush him between two alternate earths.

Thanos basically had reality altered so Deadpool was truly unkillable, even by the gauntlet specifically because he hates Deadpool that much in the comics (it makes sense in context, but it involves a love triangle between Thanos, Deadpool and Lady Death...on second the it makes just as little sense in context).
