If you interpreted Poor Things as child porn then I think you entirely missed the point of the film. Prior to us learning about Bella's origin, we hear Max McCandles reporting to Godwin Baxter on Bella's progress, which he has been hired to meticulously document. Even before that, Godwin explains to Max that Bella is developing at an accelerated pace.
Max reports that Bella acquires 15 new words per day and that her hair grows at a rate of 6" per week, or 1.5" per day as he states. This is very important because it gives us a visual cue to determine how much time has taken place from start to finish in the film based on the length of Bella's hair throughout.
It is several scenes later when we learn how Godwin created her. By this point, Bella is no longer a baby, a toddler, or a child. She is obviously (in her consciousness) reaching sexual maturity and developing as well as gaining an understanding of these feelings VERY rapidly, as with everything else she learns about the human experience.
And again, she's already gotten QUITE a grip (no pun intended) on herself as a sexual being before Duncan Wedderburn ever enters the picture. She already knows how to please herself. She no longer has the mind of a child, only the mind of someone who hasn't experienced life outside of their immediate circumstances and confines.
Duncan represents her liberation from those confines. He gives her the means to start her own journey of discovering the world outside what she knows, and becoming the person she truly wants to be.
But literally not ONE of the sexually suggestive or explicit scenes in this film had ANYTHING to do with Bella's formerly baby brain. She was well past that stage and if you didn't pick up on that, please rewatch the film because you missed a huge part of the narrative.
