    Ingredients
    Chopped Cabbage 1 Cup
    Chopped carrot 1
    Chopped Capsicum 1 Cup
    Roll sheet as required
    Onion Chopped 1 Small
    Oil 3- 4 tbsp
    Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
    Salt 1tsp to taste
    Chicken Powder 1tsp
    Soya Sauce 3 - 4 tbsp
    Chaat Masala 1tsp
    Flour 2 Tbs
    water is required
    Oil for frying
    Instruction :
    - In a pan and oil & add onion fry until color transulent .
    - Now add cabbage ,carrot , capsicum give it a good mix .
    - Now add soya sauce ,black pepper powder,salt,chicken powder mix well & cook for 5mins.
    - Add Chaat masala & mix. well and set aside .
    - In a all- purpose flour ,add water and mix well to form a smooth paste.
    -Take roll sheets,add filling and fold both sides,apply all-purpose flour paste and fold it.
    -Prepare the remaining rolls similarly (yields: 6-8rolls) and can be stored up to 3 weeks in freeze.
    -In wok,heat oil and fry until golden brown.
