I still think this is the best drum machine MFB ever made (Dominion-1 was their best synth). This thing is a modern classic, such a unique sound. I bought it expected a 909 'clone', but it's really its own thing... which is awesome. It has probably the best kick drum ever, I've not found anything else quite like it and I've owned a ton of drum machines. The sequencer on the Tanzmaus (and Tanzbar Lite) has some sort of magic going on under the hood, it grooves quite a bit better than most other machines I've used. I am very interested in the Tanzbar 2 since it really seems more like it should have been called Tanzmaus 2, but I've been scared away by the software bugs I've read about as well as the steep second-hand prices.
@@justinurra2718 some Tanzmaus element have a long release that is often mistaken for reverb ; the clap, samples, and kick can "simulate" reverb through various parameters ; for the compression, it has been added post recording I believe, however it's worth mentionning that if you use a main output on most drum machine you'll have some kind of compression happening between all the elements

genial
Sounds great, did you load up custom samples for this?
Thanks! No, I only used the default samples. But you can manipulate them a lot by playing around with tune and decay
Awesome , All Of It . Love That Kick !
Fucking brilliant
Cool stuff!
did you used the individual outs for this recording or is this stereo sum out? Nice track
Thanks! I used two outputs: one for the kick and the sum out for the rest
@@luchsmusik so what has the reverb and compression?
