Thank you for actually doing all of the hard work for us when reviewing a yarn. You don't just show it but you make it jump through hoops! I appreciate everything you contribute to the yarn world. :)
I LOVE the new yarn ❣❣❣ As a yarn it does present a few challenges to your everyday person but to US CATS who LOVE a good challenges . For you friends with flawless hair and skin have it easier than the rest of us with nappy hair and bumpy skin. Crystal, I think you are the BEES KNEES when it comes to what you do so I just want to tell you I think you are just challenging us not to be afraid of CREATING SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL from the lowliest of materials 🌟 KISSES 🥰
I appreciate all of your yarn reviews. Being disabled and a newbie to crochet, i appreciate your opinion and knowledge of yarn. It helps keep me from spending money on yarn i may hate and not use lol i do feel them for myself, as you suggest, but i dont run out and buy without watching a few yarn reviews first.
Same here. I am single and disabled. So I have very little money for yarn. I was thinking of buying this yarn. I thought it looked nice but now I am not going to buy it.
I was so hoping this yarn would perform better. I wanted to make some things for my granddaughters this Fall but not out of yarn that wouldn't wash well. Thank you so much for the in-depth look at it before I made the purchase :)
I had seen this in the store not to long ago and it did catch my eye. But having seen how they connect the yarns together and how it washes up I would pass on it. If I want to use different yarns together which I do all the time I will stick with buying each separately and adding into project. I really appreciate you taking the time to not only go through the yarn and show the different yarn types in it but also doing the knit, crochet, wash and dry testing. I know it all takes time to do, bu t it is very much something I appreciate you doing.
Thanks for doing the review Crystal. You’ve saved me some money as I was definitely intrigued when I saw the yarn in the ball. Like you were. It’s a hard pass for me due to the way they’ve joined each section and the shedding after washing is a disappointment I agree. Always thankful for your honest reviews and having no affiliate links ever with them ✌️💜🇬🇧
When you first showed us this yarn in your unboxing I really liked it. But now that I see your review I’m disappointed ☹️. Thank you for all your yarn reviews so we’re more informed about the yarns. Take care 💜
I appreciate your thorough review of this yarn! The bump caused by the color change was disappointing, but the effect washing had on this yarn makes it a no go for me.
Wow! And that was on a gentle wash and a low dry??? It looked like it had gained a few years, acquired some grey hairs then had been kicked about and beat up with a hammer after washing 😅 Not that I could buy it over here in the U.K. But if I could I wouldn't. What a shame though as at first glance i thought the same as you Crystal that it looked gorgeous. You're so thorough with you yarn reviews i love watching them. .😊😊😊😊❤ xxx
Thx for the review, not that I was slightly interested in getting any of that yarn anyway. A bit too much for me plus, I don’t care for fuzzy yarns. Thx Crystal you’re the best.
Great breakdown of this unique yarn. The only thing I can see saving this yarn is cutting out the clunky joins and reconnecting the two ends with a magic knot.
So glad you did this review. I was intrigued initially but definitely turned off after the video. There are so many more yarns to pick. I really appreciate your reviews . Thanks
I have decided years ago, not to buy anything from China; I might be” cutting off my nose to spite my face!” And with the gifts I make, not doing well in washer or dryer! Acrylic works better , as some items are for babies and washer and dryer, is a must. I place yarn labels in items, so care instructions come with the item. Color is beautiful but joining definitely puts me off! Although self-striping yarn is sometimes more expensive and I haven’t mastered color control! Thank you Chrystal for the time you take to inform us about the yarns, “ good, bad or ugly!” Blessings and prayers!
I love the honest reviews always and I am also disappointed in how it turned out Also seeing how it turned out washed and dried I really wonder how it would look after normal wearing
Hi Crystal. Well, guess I'm an oddball but I like the crocheted and knitted sample about the same. Wished I could've felt the yarn once dried. I doubt I'll buy it unless it's on clearance. Thanks for your review. Take care.
Where they connect the metallic and fuzzy it reminds me of bread ties. I don't even think it reaches a bulky five. I was more surprised at this one verses the amber one you reviewed.
I really like this yarn. I am thinking of making some kind of wearable out of it. However, it definitely failed the wash and dry test. That's okay with me because I would treat the items I make with lots of TLC just as you do yours. Nice review.
Crystal, if someone really liked the yarn, they could try cutting it at the join between color changes and do a magic knot. Wonder if you could try that and show us how it looks? Thanks for your reviews and honesty in your opinions.
Wow I thought that yarn was going to be Beautiful worked up but it's not, I don't like it. It was prettier in the skeen. Thank you Crystal for your honest reviews.
Personally, I REALLY appreciate these honest, multi-step reviews. They are so informative and make me think twice about purchasing new yarns. I would love to see how much lint was pulled from your lint filter after washing the samples. 🤔 The ONLY downside is that YOU take the financial hit plus whatever time it took to do the review. But thank you, Crystal! 😊👍🧶
I had my doubts about this, and I haven’t watched the whole video yet, but I ordered 2 skeins of the ‘Snow’, because I wanted a new white beanie and scarf for this winter. It looked enough like Scarfie to me to do what I need. Guess I will see! 😂
Thank you for the review!! It was disappointing as i thought it was such a unique yarn!! Don't like that it sheds and the way it is joined. Maybe with a certain project it would be worth a try.
So pretty til you wash it. Also not impressed with connection of colors but I can control that. Was going to buy but not sure now. Sad so pretty and intriguing 😢
It looks nice worked up. It definitely needs to be hand washed. When it come to the joins, I would cut them out and join the yarn as I would normally join a new ball. I won’t not want that many joins so I would not buy it. I don’t even like mixing brand different brands. Thanks Crystal for the review.
I was all for it until the washer/dryer part. It just looks felted. Not a fan of losing details in the stitches. It is a pretty color. Thank you for the review.
Have you tried the one at hobby lobby that's all one color but multiple different textures? That might be interesting. At least it wouldn't have abrupt color changes 😂
I saw this yarn in store recently. They have some pretty colors but, I thought it looked like a nightmare 😬 The part with the metallic reminds me of the Caron Crystal cakes.
This yarn would be fun to loom with Only with no mistakes. I miss crocheting for that. I do love looming. I only crochet with caron simply soft and 4 weight. With the bag of yarn I have and Crystal vids. I feel more opened to different yarns. I had tried different sized crochet hooks I have with the yarn I have. Many times it was not happening. I would play with this yarn and a few of the other it came with. I now love sparkles. I have knitting yarn maybe a 2wtg white with that hint of sparkle I loomed my cat a costume with. And now with this vid I might get me a small knitting machine, I have plans for it now. Does anyone know how to do balloon animals here?
Love the lighter colour but the joins are just bad. Not one I would purchase. It's like they had three cheap yarns and didn't know what to do with them. Thank you Crystal for your review. I appreciate your thoughts. xxJane 🐑
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS REVIEW! I put 5 skiens in my cart of a different color. I can see now it's not at all what I thought it would be. I think I'll pass.😊
Definitely an interesting yarn. All the colors seemed to fade after wash and dry. The way they are attached, looks awful. I wish I had a spouse who liked untangling yarn for me 😅 Thank you for your honest review.
Thank you for doing the testing and review. I wouldn't have been drawn to this, but appreciate seeing what it looks like once knit and crocheted. It's not for me.
This is so disappointing. I had high hopes for this very interesting yarn. It's a shame it just doesn't work, in my opinion. Thanks for the hard work you did to show all of us the outcome, Crystal. It really is a shame. 💕💕💕
If I really wanted to use that yarn, I think I would try color controlling and stopping at the color change to end one and cut out their join and reattach like it's a new yarn. Seems disappointing overall though. Thanks for the review!♥🇺🇸🦄🧚
Thanks for the yarn review! Definitely not a yarn on my “Must Have” list. I did like it better knit, but the joins & the shedding is what turned me off.
My personal preference is yarn made in Turkey. Their yarn is more quality made. Of all the made in China yarn, I haven't seen any that compare in the quality of Turkey's yarn.
Thank you, Crystal, for a great review. On a scale of 1-5, I would give it a 1. It's just not a user friendly yarn. I've learned that younger generations wash and dry almost everything by machine. They are so busy that they just don't have the time to hand wash stuff. And I always give away baby blankets when a baby is born and large blankets for wedding gifts. I also give blankets to those that are going through health issues and they definitely aren't up to hand washing a blanket. The way they joined the colors was horrid. A magic knot would have looked better and crocheted up easier than what they did. I gave it a 1 because it does have beautiful colors. But I've learned that that isn't a good reason to buy a yarn. I think Red Heart Super Saver is about the only yarn you can get because of the beautiful colors and that's because it gets so much softer when you wash and dry it. Blessings!
Thank you for doing this yarn review. It looked like a pretty yarn but the joining of the colors is weird and after washing and drying makes it a no for me.
Thank you for the review. I personally went yuk when I saw how shabby the yarns were put together. When you out so much time into making something that flaw would ruin the item you made. So for me it's definitely not something for me.
Thank you for actually doing all of the hard work for us when reviewing a yarn. You don't just show it but you make it jump through hoops! I appreciate everything you contribute to the yarn world. :)

Thank you for your honest yarn reviews. I always take your word for it, you know a lot more about yarn than I do.
The dark color washed looks like something a cat hacked up....sorry❤❤❤
I agree!
😂
Ya it matted up pretty bad
🤣🤣🤣
🫢🤭🤭🥰🤣🤣🤣
I really like the colors of that yarn, I've never seen a skein of yarn with three types of yarn.
I was so hoping this yarn would perform better. I wanted to make some things for my granddaughters this Fall but not out of yarn that wouldn't wash well. Thank you so much for the in-depth look at it before I made the purchase :)
Thank you for your honest reviews ☺️🧶
You have saved me money. Thank you again Crystal

Crystal, Your opinion means a lot to us, you give us a standard to go by. Thank You , Renae
Just a comment on your smile. Simply beautiful.
Thank you so much for your honest review. I think I will walk on by. Maybe for craft like projects.
When you first showed us this yarn in your unboxing I really liked it. But now that I see your review I’m disappointed ☹️. Thank you for all your yarn reviews so we’re more informed about the yarns. Take care 💜
Crystal thanks for sharing your yarn review. I like the colors. I would not buy it thanks for all information. Have a great day happy crocheting. ♥️
Thank you Crystal! 🙂
❤😊Thanks for the review Crystal! Don’t think I will be trying this one!❤😊
I just love you Crystal
Such an inspiration to all of us
Thank you❤️🩹
Thank you. I always appreciate your thoughts!
Thank you Crystal 🔮 🇨🇦
Pretty sure that this yarn will probably be in the clearance bin soon😏 ~ I’ll wait and get some then😜🧶
Thanks , Crystal , for the review . That really surprised me on what happened when washed and dried . Love and Hugs .
I appreciate your thorough review of this yarn! The bump caused by the color change was disappointing, but the effect washing had on this yarn makes it a no go for me.
My husband used to always take the tangles out of my yarn also. I would just cut the knot out but he had way more patience than I do.
Wow! And that was on a gentle wash and a low dry??? I really appreciate your reviews. Great information. Thank you Crystal.
Thank you, really appreciate the honesty.
I absolutely love it .I think it would make up a beautiful hat and scarf but definitely not put in dryer .thanks for your review
❤thank you for doing the review!
While I also was excited to see this yarn, I really was disappointed in how it washed. Not for me. Thank you for another amazing review ❤️
I've been waiting for this one!🙋♀️

Thank you for this revue Crystal. Very helpful!
Fortunate Eric(k?) likes untangling yarn. I do sometimes find it relaxing...other times I could throw it across the room
Glad I watched, not something I would likely even try. Thanks for sharing🐾🐾
I agree with the lousy connections and not being able to wash/dry. I'll pass. Thank you for the review!
I love the honest reviews always and I am also disappointed in how it turned out
Also seeing how it turned out washed and dried I really wonder how it would look after normal wearing
Crystal I cannot wait to hear what you think of the new Michael's Clips in thread mixed up yarn!
I've been waiting for a review of this yarn.
Great and thorough review. Not running out to buy this anytime soon.😂
Sadly, it looks like a "Mixed Up" MESS for me 😢💔!!! Crystal, Thank You so much for Your awesome Review's 🙂💖💖💖!
Great yarn review! Thank 😂.
Hi Crystal. Well, guess I'm an oddball but I like the crocheted and knitted sample about the same. Wished I could've felt the yarn once dried. I doubt I'll buy it unless it's on clearance. Thanks for your review. Take care.
Thanks for the review. I was thinking it would be pretty for my granddaughter, but I won't make her mom wash something by hand.

I really do like the look of the yarn. It works for me.
I would try cutting yarn at color changes and rejoin like I always d
Thanks for the review
Yey!waiting for this Crystal! Thank you ….🥰
Crystal, if someone really liked the yarn, they could try cutting it at the join between color changes and do a magic knot. Wonder if you could try that and show us how it looks? Thanks for your reviews and honesty in your opinions.
Personally, I think that’s asking too much. Stop it.
Love your yarn reviews!
Wow I thought that yarn was going to be Beautiful worked up but it's not, I don't like it. It was prettier in the skeen. Thank you Crystal for your honest reviews.

I was a no before the review, now I may buy if it was being clearances for 4.99, but not at that price. Thanks

How handy to have a spouse that likes “yarn barf”!
It looks nice worked up. It definitely needs to be hand washed. When it come to the joins, I would cut them out and join the yarn as I would normally join a new ball. Thank you

Love the lighter colour but the joins are just bad.
Not one I would purchase.
It's like they had three cheap yarns and didn't know what to do with them.

The connections did it for me - knots would have looked better!

You are so right looks like hair balls a cat coughed up. The Bernat felted looked better that you reviewed Crystal

Thanks for the yarn review! Definitely not a yarn on my “Must Have” list. I did like it better knit, but the joins & the shedding is what turned me off.
I'm not a fan of bulky yarn, so I would like to see it in a DK or #4 weight.
Maybe it would be cool crocheted over rope and made into a basket, that could be pretty and shouldn't need washing. 🤔☺️
Thar looks like a crystal cake from Caron. I just made one of your sweaters from it. But better colors.
Can you make a scarf with one skein?
Your opinion matters to me!
It's a similar style as bernat home bundle
Nice yarn, but I don't know about the color changes and the washing and drying makes me think twice 🤔.
Thank you for the review. I'll pass on that one.
My personal preference is yarn made in Turkey. Their yarn is more quality made. Of all the made in China yarn, I haven't seen any that compare in the quality of Turkey's yarn.
Have you ever thought of doing a show reading your viewers reviews of yarn ?
That yarn is beautiful, but it does have a few downsides. I don’t think I would buy it. Thanks for the review!

Cut the machine joins and do a Russian join?
Thank you for the review. I personally went yuk when I saw how shabby the yarns were put together. When you out so much time into making something that flaw would ruin the item you made. So for me it's definitely not something for me.
Crude 😂 that is cruddy yarn...😮 🐈 hairballs. 😅
