I’m also glad he acknowledged he can’t do well in the striking department without him. You can see it in his last fight he greatly benefits from Andrea’s leadership and knowledge especially on the striking department
He’s left allstars though so what’s the point?? Learning mostly takes place outside of camp.
He can still always go back and train there or pay Andreas money to corner him whenever it’s training camp time. Usman worked with Henri hooft for camp same with Luke with Javier and Plenty of other top tier fighters have too

He’s training with jalin turners coach in Dubai along with tam khan who’s rates friends and runs the biggest mma gym in UAE Or general Middle East what are you talking about? And his BJJ coach is still his primary grappling coach. He can still do his training camps at All Star I’m sure they won’t say anything they’ll allow it he was also there recently when he met zlatan a while back so clearly they are on good terms
I think what’s going to happen is UFC will make Izzy fight DDP, and then feed Strickland to Khamzat because they want him to be less in the spotlight and not have a big platform. So then Khamzat comes up to beat the winner of DDP Izzy, they do it in Abu Dhabi to favor Khamzat and then boom another UAE champion to entice middle eastern financial partners. It’s all part of the plan

I guess Izzy can go 20 rounds, just backing and then sniping. I guess Khamzat could have lower tempo for two rounds not sure he will though. One thing is sure his tempo also affects his opponents cardio. El Durinhho was breathing quite heavy too after 3 rounds. Let’s see, Khamzat is exciting to watch for sure.
When are yall gonna learn time and time again anytime a fighter shows sus cardio they still manage well. Gilbert burns and Conor have some the worst cardio in the game yet they’ve managed well even dricus did on Saturday when he fought Sean khamzat can 100% handle 5 rounders this isn’t a zabit situation

He gassed out in the 2nd round against Burns and Usman. Khamzat would get wrecked in a five round fight unless he finishes it early.
Khamzat is a fighter who never gives up in a fight. I think he finds a way to beat everybody. Dana, give him the title shot!!!

But he does have a point. Dana said it was a #1 contenders match. So Khamzat isn't wrong for wanting what he was promised. Dana should maybe quit promising guys title shots.
Khamzat was needed for the co-main at UFC 294. When Costa pulled out, Dana had to promise a title shot to the winner in order to keep the fight on the card. Why else would Usman accept?

There was a very large outcry from the UFC fan base that Khamzat getting a title shot after barely getting by Usman (who was on a 2 fight losing streak). It didn't make any sense and the fans let THE UFC know. For once The UFC actually listened and made the right fight (Sean vs DDP)
when sean got a title shot with no top wins over jared NO ONE had an issue. But when it comes to khamzat all of a sudden we are playing by diffrent rules even though ddp got his shot and won.

Should do Izzy vs Dricus as the UFC 300 main event and then have Khamzat vs. Strickland on 300 as well. Winner of Strickland vs Khamzat can fight for the belt later that year cause the fight schedules match up for both sets of fights. Also, build up for both would make the fights big.

Well, if they are going to do Du Plessis vs Adesanya next, then I think they should do Chimaev vs Strickland. That's a really good fight. Winner fights the winner of Du Plessis vs Adesanya. Also, Du Plessis vs Adesanya should be in Africa. If ever the UFC wanted to go to Africa, this is the fight should go there with next.

I'd prefer Khamzat not be pushed into a title fight so fast as it might remove his aura (like Ngannou vs stipe 1, Ngannou vs Gane). Schedule fights in the top 10 with a headline 5 rounder againsy a journeyman so he can get championship experience before a title shot to maximize his chances
