My son Alan loves the season of Advent because it gives him a message of hope and redemption. Yesterday he was tested positive for Covid-19 but so far his symptoms aren’t escalating out of control. At times he feels emotionally discouraged and disappointed but I encourage him not to give up because God will get him through this mess. I pray to Blessed Virgin Mary, Lord Jesus Christ and blessed Saint Michael the archangel his guardian Angel to pray and intercede for him. Amen.
Even though it's not the liturgical season of Advent yet, I find this music video comforting, consoling and gives me hope in the future. Because believe it or not, I have a family that's sadly divided and refuses to reconcile. And my older brother is the cause of the divided family because of his narcissistic behavior and refuses to humble himself and refuses to become more kind considerate of others. I pray that when the season of Advent comes, I think of him in my Advent novena so that he'll see the error of his ways and become a better and decent person towards mom and I and his son.
A musical priest is always awesome, I honestly don't think there are enough of them these days. A former priest I had had very little taste and ability in music, so he often made naff choices for hymns, chants and eucharists :/
