I did exact what you said not to do so how I get the sides to go up?

@@ArvinDaddy I have the two longer sides up in place the but unable to get them back down . The center I can pull up a little.

This thing is tricky (I don't know why they made it like this!!!), anyway, 1) try to pull the center up as much as you can. a little bit up is not enough... ideally it should be as high as the sides.. 2) there are two locks in the side handle for left and right, I suggest try unlocking the side lock with both hands. hope it helps and let me know how it goes
