Is this a dum strategy to make us mad and broke our backs? Dear packaging designer if why didn't you print that direction over a visible place? I would rate the thing with a 10/10 and the directions with a 1/10!

i have a question about the "auto lock" for the center handle. it says you need to turn the handle to unlock it before lifting it back up. but i can lift mine without even turning it. does this mean my model is broken / defective and isn't locking properly?
Mine is doing same thing. Automatic lock isn't staying locked. A slight bump and the middle collapses. And you can't turn it clockwise to "lock it". Im returning mine. I bought it recently but was made 10/20 so seems they have a defective lot.
If the changing table is taken apart, can I toss the fabric in the washer or should I hand wash it? My baby peed all over it and I can’t get the stains out so we’ve been laying burp cloths down on it to change him lol
I have the detachable bassinet with my Baby Trend Nursery Center but the directions are not in the manual. I can't seem to find a video or directions and another manual on how to assemble the detachable bassinet. Can anyone help?
If Baby Trend would simply move all of the Cover their Fannie Legalese to the bottom of the floor and replace it with simple three step instructions, in bold face, where they would b e readily visible while setting up the Nursery Center, they could have saved their customers a lot of frustration. But no, instead, they had to post this 9+ minute video and send their customers on goose chase to find it. IMHO, customers and prospects should repay them by buying from a different manufacturer.
were are the "tabs" to secure the mattress? I have no idea what tabs you are talking about. Maybe it would have helped to show them being put on in the video instead of just pointing. Furthermore why would you say to put the support tubes in the bottom of the bassinet in the "front assembly"? I thought I was going crazy looking underneath side of the bassinet for the "loops" until I saw the video and I still missed them until my wife located the little slit. could you at least label the actual product?
Keith Boyle I did not find the tabs they talked about but it seems secure. Just make sure you put the poles into the vinyl slots in the mesh. As I said before, the cut in the vinyl is had to see but my wife found them and the poles fit inside to give the bassinet portion support.
The only reason why I got this pack and play is because it had music, and vibrations. I can do without those things. This crap is a headache its impossible to get the sides to lock completely upright without taking an hour. I waited too long and now i cant get my money back. Im stuck with this hard to assemble crap.
Save yourselves tons of time and frustration! Get the Graco Play n Go! This BabyTrend is a HORRIBLE! We literally have to put one foot in the crib and pull so hard that it hurts your arms to get it to lock into place! It is unbelievable how hard they chose to make the sides to lock into place! Again go with the Graco!
Why do t h e ends keep folding down. Just tpu h them & they fold. Have a Castaway Baby Cot. So aggravated. Since it was a shower gift & gas been purchased for over 3 months Noone will help ypu.

mine is missing the second set of holes for the changing table only one side has the holes to connect to

Graco Pack n Play operates EXACTLY the same, except the release buttons are on the side of the rails. It is NOT easier. Just follow the video above.
