TB always reminds me of that scene in Crime and Punishment when the poor mother is coughing up pieces of her lungs into a napkin... Pretty strong image.
It reminds me of a guy who lived in 1899 named Arthur Morgan who caught TB while collecting debt money from Thomas Downes.

Oopps how can i completely trust this video if the scientific name of the bacteria was incorrectly written
he knows a lot about medicine, but sure doesn't know how to lower the sensitivity on his mic
stick to the point. the video is all over the place. I'm not trying to be mean
what happens to the bacteria during the 3rd scenario. ?
The bacterium is dormant (doesn't cause symptoms) but still multiplies inside of the macrophages. When the person's immune system becomes weaker, they get active TB (where the once dormant bacteria are now causing disease). Hope that helps.
Can you have active tb when there's no signs of any symptoms?
