So we made it to the Exumas!! Staniel Cay, one of our most favorite places in the Exumas, where we have the pigs, the grotto, and so many fish for food! Follow along and see what we have in store on The Far Side for this weeks episode:) We meet some new friends, take another tour of the Thunderball Grotto, and take on another storm! Two smokers are a pain in the butt. When I had my Yamaha yz250 they recommended re-ringing the piston every 100 hours or so. Another great video. Enjoy your travels!

Well, watched the last 4 EP's and really enjoyed your sense of humor and adventures. I do not know too much about sailing but, I have watched the "Pirates of the Caribbean". Near been on a Sailboat! I like my twin engines on this 60ft. Houseboat. I watched some Motor Yachting Vid's and I found them boring. Clicked Like and did Subscribe, will be following you. I like your style. You both seem authentic and you have a great adventure ahead of you. I think your channel will grow quickly. After all this covid trouble subsides, it sounds like you will be headed to the Pacific. Our home is in the Philippines, on the island of Bohol in our lovely little town of Anda. Do a google image search on Anda, Bohol and you will get an eyeful. I am working on getting the mayor to install a few mooring balls to accomodate sailors who want to visit. You would all be invited of course, but only if you want to visit a very special place with some of the most hospitable people on the planet. Mabuhay!

I have to ask, do you have a Toledo, Ohio connection? I grew up and sail just north over the border in Michigan on Lake Erie. If you ever decide to go the S/V Delos route let me know and I'll be on the next flight down :)

Good times. I hope someone can pinpoint what's wrong with that outboard beside it being a dang 2 stroke. Lol. I'm a little stumped with it running rough and then going like a bat out of Hell. Perhaps there is small debris in the gas making it's way to the carb momentarily clogging the fuel ports. Rough water will shake the heck out of a fuel tank and it can be a little shocking what is setting on the bottom of those plastic tanks.
It was the carb😁 There was a lot of debris and it needed a cleaning but we delaying that till Georgetown!
What is the deepest you have ever free dove to and also how long can you stay under water?

Thanks - with the winds out of the south it was much calmer out there by the inlet. We got one big bug and chased another for about 45 mins before giving up. Awesome time. Safe travels and we enjoy your videos.

Yup and nope! We saw the pigs of course but the iguanas come later!

If you girls want good wildlife shots like in the grotto.take a can of cheeze wiz litteraly liguid cheese.and srapy it underwater not too much but the small fish will come to your camera.thats my little trick from sarasota.but be careful
The sharks will come quickly to the smaller fish not smart to feed the sharks but a little for the fishys makes the difference with the camera shot.good luck
