Yes this property sold for 95000, you think they would have taken this down as to not advertise a property that you can not purchase.
It looks like this house has all ready sold since September was the date for all offers to be submitted. Yes the property looks really nice. But the condition of the house would be a concern that will need addressed. Like are there any underlying damages due to not being painted. The pictures showed peeling paint on the house. Will there be a concern of Lead Base Paint since the paint is peeling. I think that would be a valid concern that an inspection would need to determine. However with multiple offers many buyers and realtors will dismiss the inspection then the buyers may regret it later on after they start work on the house. Anyway best of luck to the new owners of the house!!!

@@jaeyang9540 Michelle will likely be getting back to you soon. I'm a Realtor from California & from what I see you should have no problem in obtaining a VA loan on this. Make sure you have all of your documents in order. With a VA transaction, the VA administration wants to make sure the property is in good condition, so the roof needs to be leak proof, if there is any noted termite work, that should be corrected.
In addition, the USDA loan program is a no $ down loan program, so you can check out to see what one works best for you.
