Beautiful scenery - very nice video. Your aircraft is a Boeing 777-300/ER. The raked wingtip is typical of the 777-300/ER and -200/LR; the A330 has winglets instead.
On one of my flights into Tel Aviv they were playing the Idan Reichel Project over the loudspeaker. It was so magical flying into Tel Aviv after many hours over the ocean and Europe and then you hear Idan Reichel as you land into Tel Aviv!
Even if you can't see the wingtip, you can still tell this is a 777 wing, because of the presence of the inboard aileron/flaperon. And by looking at that unique flaperon shape, it's a dead giveaway of a 777.
@ Julia Alisha In Israel they use Solar panels for heating water since the 1950th so that's might be it ... (or maybe people are making selfies with the plane :) )

Also the Airbus planes have a special sound when the flaps go up and down!
