I’ve struggled with heavy painful periods and gut issues my whole life and am looking forward to utilizing your tips. I’ve also struggled with loss but now have a happy healthy one year old ❤ if I had to envision a day, I would just want an easy going peaceful day. As a more than 3-decade long psychiatric nurse I can tell you that lithium is an amazing medication (& natural salt) for people with Bipolar disorder, but I would NOT recommend it for someone who is pregnant or trying to get pregnant (unless they absolutely NEEDED it, to maintain a stable mood & stay out of an in-patient psychiatric setting) …. Can you please double check why they are suggesting this for you and If you should really be taking this right now?!?

I love your videos and seeing the ways you are supporting your body with food gives me hope for my healing too. I love my air fryer, I don’t know how I lived without it! I love making salmon, chicken wings, and crispy potatoes🥰 I just wanted to mention, I’m sure you looked into it but be cautious with lemon balm. My ND told me that it may impact thyroid function if you have thyroid issues (I had a partial thyroidectomy so I have to be cautious too)

Air fryer is the best!!! My husband and I had one and then got a second one to make life easier, lol. Tonight for dinner, we made kebabs in one air fryer and veggies in another. By no means, do you need two air fryers. We have two for when entertaining as well.
Our favorite recipes are:
1) fajitas (steak and veggies all at once)
2) kebabs
3) any protein (chicken, steak)
4) veggies (any)
5) bacon is great!
6) stuffed peppers
7) you name it, you can make it in the air fryer
I recommend a UA-cam channel: Fabulously Frugal. Her channel is focused on air fryer recipes.
Tip: our favorite setting is the broil function for proteins

Cambria!!!!! My fav girlie!!!! Y'all will really enjoy the airfryer oven! I was totally like unsure of it and how much my husband and I would use it but honestly we rarely use our real oven now! You can do so many awesome things in it! We love making tacos and I love crisping my corn tortillas in the airfryer!
