Coming to the Issue, I've unintentionally opened a Kotak 811 account just by giving Aadhar n Pan Details and I forget about that account in 2021,,,, Later in this year in July , when I tried to Open an account, I couldn't view Virtual Debit Card and unable to process Video KYC and I called customer care and they said that my account was closed , something or so,,,, that's the reason it's showing ERROR, So now am I unable to Reopen 811 account with the same credentials?
What's annoying to me is, no executive have called me for KYC this month after I proceeded to open an account unlike they were after me during 2021.

I opened this account few days ago,really satisfied with their service. I opened it on 4pm approx and kotak official approached me at approx 8pm for full kyc through biometric authentication. I am really amazed to see how quick was their service.

1) Meri Aadhar Card ka Address ( Permanent Address) or Communicating Address (Present Address) alag alag hai. Toh mai koun si Pin Code Dalu account opening ke waqt? Dono Pin Code pe hi Bank Branch available hai.
2) Aadhar Card ki Phone number or Bank account ki Phone number ek hi rakhna Safe hai yeah dono alag alag rakhna safe hai? Taki koi bhi fraud na ho paye?

I followed all the instructions you provided, but my PIN code was not available. Consequently, I entered the PIN code of the nearest branch as you told to do. During the video KYC process, the bank representative questioned why I had provided the wrong PIN code for my address. I explained that I used the PIN code of the nearest branch available in my area. However, he insisted that I should use an address where the branch is located, suggesting either my workplace or second home address.
While attempting the video KYC again, I encountered issues receiving an OTP from UIDAI due to server problems. I stopped and tried next day. When I tried again the next day, it informed me that my account had been frozen. I don't know what happened, I hadn't even completed the KYC process before they froze my account.

10000 limit withdrawal and deposit by cash to bank extra if get charges but if online deposit and online withdrawal no limit per 1 lac it's full kyc account

12:05 DONT try to give the address as your aadhar and the pincode code of other city...your video kyc will be rejected on the spot at the time of vkyc and they will also freeze your account and will tell your to visit branch to unfreeze.
(at the time of vkyc they asked me why my address and pincode are of different places)
Solution for Not serviceable address problem :
1. Add a communication address near to where bank is situated (keep in mind to give correct pincode and address)...it is not necessary to be same as aadhar...but address should be someone you know who can take your letters (thats what the executive told me at the time vkyc)
2. One of the bank customer support executive told me if you want to open your account with your current address and pincode (which isn't serviceable)... you'll need to visit the branch to open and who are unable to complete vkyc due to not serviceable problem they can complete kyc through branch.
