Heard a funny theory why the smurf guys have the best plot armour. Orks. Orks belive that different colours have different effects. Red makes you go faster, purple is the snekeast and blue is the luckiest colour. There are a lot of orks in the galaxy and through their beleive the give the smurfs the plt armour
Unbelievably excited for this game , can’t wait to fight the horrors of the Tyranid Abominations that roam the planet, from the largest Hive tyrants to the smallest Rippers, this game will be fantastic
After pre ordering the gold edition of battlefield 2042, I swore to myself I'd never pre order a game again. That was until Chaos corrupted me and I pre ordered space marine 2 two weeks ago.
I really want to... its more lazy than willpower honestly. The early reviews would have to be ABYSMAL for me not buy day 1. I can't desert Titus in his hour of need

I pre ordered a physical xbox copy so I could get the collectors book/cover and it was sorta free because BestBuy gave me store credit for an appliance I had that got recalled, so I don't feel that bad about pre ordering it BUT I mainly play pc these days so I unless something changes in the next couple months I think I'll actually spend money pre ordering it on steam too 😅
It does look pretty good visually to me too, I'm just wondering how well it will be optimized for PC and what system requirements are. Hopefully we'll find out more today from the devs. Focus Entertainment's youtube channel has an upcoming video later today on the game

I was already excited for this game, but when I saw you could play as a Bladeguard Vet in multiplayer I was beyond hyped. Really hoping they include Black Templar for pvp, and maybe even let us play as Sword Brethren 😅

Love or hate the Ultramarines, no one can deny that Captain (now Lieutenant) Titus is a gigachad and probably the best character we get from the Chapter.
I don't believe any information has been released yet regarding system requirements. That being said, I'm sure you could but I don't know how well it will run. I do know that their is some kind of partnership with AMD so on release I imagine the game will probably be better optimized for AMD hardware over Nvidia.
From what I've seen of the game my greatest concern is they've exaggerated the special effects to much. We are supposed to be at a battlefield not at a lightshow. It was one of the big mistakes DOW3 made, hopefully it'll be possible to tune it down without having to remove it. (It's especially the impact animations that seem to go a bit to far imo)
So far, they are leaning more on customizability and having good visuals shouldn't affect too much in contrast to DoW3 where it's a different genre where you need good visuals to read whats happening to the game. So far there are colors that you know its yours or a chance for you to do something and attacks has a shade that will contrast when they attack. Like yellow and red or even green occasionally.
Ngl one of the smaller things I’d like to see is if you can do executions in the PvP mode,much like in the first game where you execute the enemies in the story mode. I know this is nothing like gears but I’d love to see some executions for the multiplayer
@@2nutgames when Titus uses his chainsword and lifts the Tyranid and rips through them, like executions like that wouldn’t be possible on another chaos marine I think but just being able to execute another player to regain some shields or even just to have the option would be nice :)
