This is very helpful. I just got from the hospital and suffered covid. Trying to pick myself up, physically, emotionally and mentally after the trauma from the sickness
I'm dealing with fatigue issues 2.5 months after covid. Dealt with severe insommnia all through August. She nailed it with negative feedback cycles!!!!
@@PATHAN_writes19 I'm still recovering but now at least I'm seeing small progress as the days go by now, previously I was spiraling downward and / or totally stuck and really anxious about it. Key is to focus on what you can improve - lower stress, more sleep, light exercise.. etc .. took me a while to adjust to this "new way of living / new normal" ... it's really like the spoon thing where you have limited energy to do stuff.. previosly I would push myself too hard on good days and then crash hard for 1-3 days. Key is to improve a bit each day also and stay within your energy envelope. I am meditating daily and finding it helpful to the extent I'm able to push myself to do it.
I had a complete mental breakdown on day 5 of having it. I'm 13 days since my positive test, but my brain just feels foggy. Like I didn't take my ADD meds. It's worse if I don't take them, but my mind is still clouded and the insomnia is the worst.
@@PATHAN_writes19 eh, mostly. Never needed an inhaler for my asthma before but I do now. The brain fog is pretty much gone and I rarely feel weak these days.
Extreme insomnia for me. really cannot sleep and I feel tired. Usually can’t fall asleep till 2/3am.. last night I fell asleep at 7am and woke up today at 11am.
I am 35, young and super fit. I have recovered from covid and have been experiencing post viral fatigue and terrible brain fog and memory problems. It has been so debilitating, I really hope its not permanent 🙏🏻
Google anti depressants ssri, anti inflammatory, cytokine, & microglia. Looks like Lexapro & some other antidepressants may be anti inflammatory for the brain, & cause the microglia & cytokines to settle down. Meaning if you are having brain fog with or without depression it may help clear up brain fog. Check it out for yourself. I wish some expert would research this. I am also trying omega 3s & curcumin. Update: omega 3s 2x/day, curcumin 2x/day & 2.5mg working for me. Brain fog gone. Wish you all the best in figuring out what works for you. 🙏🏼
@@amywjn those drugs are far from anti inflammatory, what a crock of crap, as someone who’s taken those, not even worth the emotional blunting and numb genitals
Do you remember in the novel, Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Lisbeth seeks out the best treatment for her guardian who was crippled by a stroke. What the best treatment is regular, frequent, rehab excercise to the point of exhaustion. Getting your brain's strength back is similar. A diet that is timed & planned + excercise + constant rehab thru use may be the road to recovery. The NBA's best shooter has ankles that are weak. Yet, thru an exhaustive rehab, and meticulous stretching process, he is able to play in the most competitive arena for foot/ankles/ knees.
my sister received two Pfizer shots approximately 16 months ago. She is suffering from brain fog, balance and fatigue. She did not have any of these symptoms prior to receiving the vaccine. Just recently she then contracted C-19 which she recovered from without additional symptoms. She has also been diagnosed with vestibular problems since taking the vaccine. Is it possible that the vestibular problems are also causing brain fog, balance rather than neurological problems.
