I was 12 days behind and was determined to get caught up. Realized on Day 12 that I have been on 2024 lessons. I knew something was wrong when Holly was not doing Day 11, since it is Kanoe's day of rest. Ok!!! I'm on right page now. Be blessed everyone.
That’s just fine. We all need a refresher now and then. It’s probably just gonna give you more insight as you do go through the chapters and Genesis is definitely a helpful guide so God bless you and your studies and your desire to build your relationship With God through his word. peace and blessings
Heavenly Father hear my prayers. There are so many different obstacles that I face as a single mother. Jesus continue to give me strength as I struggle to provide financially for my children both have special needs and require so much from me. I keep faith no matter what, I turn to you Heavenly Father to carry me because I KNOW YOU CAN CHANGE MY SITUATION. AMEN. I believe.
As a photographer, I would find that memories of others were becoming imprinted because I was spending so much time intentionally "seeing" my clients vs not being as engaged with mine therefore I started to approach my OWN family vacations and mundane moments the exact same way! I hope to do a 365 project of my family - capturing the mundane every day so I will have tons of "imprinted" intentional moments.
Thank you Holly you hit the nail right on the head with your heartbeats today. I felt the conviction in my heart. Thank you so much. I know God hears our cry.
Thank You HOLLY But God has plans for all of us to know the heart of the father. I did order for the 2025 Calendar . Praying for FEB 1 and technology to come together and the team to GO and teach and preach HIS word !
Is it wrong to consider if we have done wrong? No. We have to consider. So wouldn't we at the same time consider if we do right? I don't believe Job was wrong in pleading his right actions and motives to those who are stomping on him, accusing him. This is, I believe, God strengthening him w/truth, when the enemy keeps throwing firey arrows of lies at him. I agree Job had a roller coaster of emotions. The attack on him had continued with his so-called wise friends, I've had some of those too. I cried when you accused Job of having pride in his righteous acts and heart. He contemplated his actions in order to please God. I believe he was defending himself and had every reason to do so to these accusers, or the defeat would be too great! I love Heartdive and all you both do for us to dive deeper into.the word and Gods heart. I just wanted to.put this out as another consideration.
Question can you link 2024 lesson to the 2025 lesson? Or make it available the same day the new lesson comes out. I'm always looking for them to refresh my memory and be up to date. Thank you.
Hi, thank you for taking so much time to add notes for us to be able to go back review. I noticed the Bookmark Heartchecks for Job 30, dont match what was put up on the video. Looks like its the heartbeats for Job. 31. Just a heads up 😊
Hi Holly, thank you for today . I was wondering where did you get the notes for Who Are We Exalting in Suffering from chapter 30. I tried to google it but I couldn't find it. Is it a website that you use?
I made them myself then printed them out. As I was reading and questioning the text with cross-referencing in commentaries - I noticed a theme of WHO is being exalted - GOD or Job. I will note that overall JOB is not being arrogant but pleading his case. He teetered on the edge of exalting HIMSELF over God. My notes are more of an esegesis approach but I pulled from several sources plus my own musings then placed my "jumbled" notes into Grammarly and had it produce "coherent" notes for my Bible. I want to take advantage of those large pages and will be experimenting with this more often to fill up the "interleaved" pages with my own "scholarly" notes :)
Did I do something wrong when printing the heartbeats bookmark out? My heartbeats do not match the ones that Holly is putting on the s reen for chapter 30. Chapter 29 was the same as hers. Verse 13 is missing on the bookmark on chapter 31, but everything else is the same.
No. I made a typo. I updated the file - I don't always place EVERY heartbeat from my Bible into the document so sometimes I read an extra one from my Bible that's not in the notes. That is why v. 13 is missing from the bookmark.
Thank you. Updated the file - I don't always place EVERY heartbeat from my Bible into the document so sometimes I read an extra one from my Bible that's not in the notes.
I respectfully disagree that Job was ever exalting himself. He was searching for understanding as we would if we were in his shoes or as we do when going through trials. I'm just saying. Thank you.
I appreciate you sharing your reflection upon Job's lamentations. The perspective that he is exalting himself is pulled from several commentaries and a few verses from today's reading AND I can see where you are coming from and tend to agree that is his main purpose. I only used a few verses for our Heart Check application where he starting to stray. Job’s final speeches reflect both a heartfelt search for understanding and moments of self-vindication. He emphasizes his righteousness and good deeds (Job 29:12-17; 31:5-8), even demanding that God provide an explanation for his suffering (Job 31:35-37). While Job’s pain and confusion are genuine, his focus occasionally shifts toward defending himself rather than exalting God’s sovereignty. This tension is ultimately resolved in Job 38-41, where God’s response reorients Job’s perspective, reminding him of humanity’s limitations and the greatness of God’s wisdom and justice.

@@heartdive Will you please share your notes for this?
@heartdive Thank you Holly!😊

Thank you, how can we be as perfect as Job?
Are the daily notes not in the free resources section? I couldn't find it.
It is there :)
Thanks and God's blessings to you and Kanoe! @heartdive
Good morning Holly. Thank you. Why was job tested of his faith? Thank you job was sensitive to peoples needs. Yes justice is so important
Did I do something wrong when printing the heartbeats bookmark out? My heartbeats do not match the ones that Holly is putting on the s reen for chapter 30. Chapter 29 was the same as hers. Verse 13 is missing on the bookmark on chapter 31, but everything else is the same.

FYI- the heartbeats linked on Google drive do not match what you have here on ch 30 and 31. Just letting you know Holly.
