He had Honesty, Integrity, Probity, Selflessness, Impartiality and Courage like values which he applied if every civil servant will inculcate these values corruption will be reduced to 70-80% in our country.

We had an IAS officer in our district he was so honest that when a common labour woman called him by phone at 1 am when she had a conflict with a minister he rushed at the place with in 15 minutes in his night suit rescuing her . Because of this in seven days he got his transfer orders ,but the whole district was crying & begging him not to go any where.......
He might have crossed half century in his transfers, but he always stands in the hearts of many and those who value Ethics...
Haryana is blessed to have such a great officer.

One of such IPS officer was Mam Suman Gupta from Jharkhand (Dhanbad).. When She was posted there she use to clean sweep all the corrupt practitioners nd to all illegal Activitioner.. She was really gem nd one of inspirational lady SP.. But awfully to say that she was Transfered soon within a year when she faced Against a Coal Maafia... But i respect her so much wherever she would be Today she must be Fighting Against Wrong doings.. Salute to her... Jai hind..
