I dig the love for ancient box! I totally agree that it’s match ups into everything but zard feels pretty good! You just have to play super tight against zard. Every loss is always off by 10 damage.
Nah, turo is too much for ancient box to handle. Feels like a free win for zard when playing properly

Hey Rahul! Great video. Watched it all the way through. Just a couple suggestions, write out some notes of your matches before filming the video, every now and then you have to pause to think what happened and it kinda ruins the flow. Second, maybe put out a few interesting board states in some matchups that you encountered. You could do it fairly easily using Ptcg sim. It’d be nice for some visual learners to follow along. Loved the information, took some notes and will be hoping to win a cup with this deck on Saturday. thanks!
I definitely agree, not anything too much just the main key points that would help
With the notes stuff I definitely can, obviously with some rest after I get home it’s easier to flow (this journey home was particularly long and I wanted to have the video out asap). With board states it’s way harder to replicate than you’d thing because of cards in discard/hand/ect so unless I’m really going into depth about teaching it would take up a significant amount of time on my end to put together. So maybe down the line when I have more time to do detailed tournament reports than I do now

@@RahulReddy One thing tho, is that with the board states you can p much ignore the discards and such. Stick with just one image of what Pokémon they had out, and what Pokémon you had. Basically have a static image like how ciaran Farrah has done in the past. It wouldn’t even have to be for every game/match. Just 1 every other Match or so? Just throwin out ideas. You have an amazing brain bro 😂it’s just a little hard for some of us casuals to keep up without some pictures

I live in DC which is a hub for United so I just fly star alliance if it isn't too expensive compared to the alternatives
Hey Rahul great video? What are the most common eleki recycle targets in matchups? Why pal pad and not team yells cheer? Also what do you think are the lines against block lax or pidgey stall? I’d love to hear about what are top Eri candidates for ancient box, control decks and mirror for sure as well. Great video!
Way too complicated to answer in just a text message but you don't need to infinite to beat stall in a lot of situations, Pidgeot control is already losing anway!

Eliminate free prizes on the board like greninja late game and midgame something can get stuck always
Is this list/playstyle good in e BO1 25minute format?
I think it can work for sure, it might be a little tricky on time. What happens when time runs out? is there +3?
@@RahulReddy Yes, time is my concern but I like the idea of your build. No +3 turns. If time is called during the player who goes second, that’s it, end of game. But if time is called during the player who goes first, the player who goes second gets an extra turn.

Absolutely not, I think Tords list (basically) winning back to back events is really hard to compete with

What about playing Cyllene instead of Regi ?
It doesn't do the same thing because it'll take up the supporter slot for the turn so you can't Eri and Devo and eleki or Eleki and Iono in the same turn

Hey Rahul, great video, I’m wondering how you would handle your matchup against Jordan in the future? Would you do anything different or blame external factors again?
I definitely could have played better G1 into the DTE, I think that gave him a slight edge in the aggressive playstyle because it meant I couldn't trap something like Bibarel active. I think at some point I should have conceded the play slow approach and just iono him low and hope that it does enough in the first one. In the 3rd game I chose to Eri on the final turn after taking my 3rd prize of the game and saw double candy, pidgeot and ultra ball and knew the game was over but maybe it was better to just Iono Jordan to one and if he finds boss of bibarel I just lose the game anyway because he had a Rad Zard established and I had no way of removing Bibarel off my board
doing a metafy/how to play on control zard would be great!
it’s a shame about the cheater man, between him and eder, giving the arc gamers a bad name
