I wish they rename those places and remove Clark from the name. There are already so many Clarks in that area. Can't they think of another name?
@@wavemaker2077 lol and the name really reeks of kolonyal na mentalidad. Why cant they name the city in native names than foreign ones. It feels like we dont even see ourselves as our own peps, but colonies vying for a love of another nation.

You’ve to get out of your box bro, changes already being made on cleaning whole Metro Manila by a Mindanaoan, all the work in 5 years that had never been done before, from cleaning those disgusting Estero to cleaning sidewalks to cleaning the Manila Bay, Baseco Beach and Rivers etc etc etc. It’s not yet 100% we can’t see a finish product of a (50 years problem) in just 6 years. The real changes should be the habits of the PEOPLE. Manilenios are the real problem
If Metro Manila put it's CBD's in a single area. Trust me it will looks like a very developed Metropolis. Our CBD's are very huge.. imagine putting Makati CBD and BGC in a single place alone then add the Ortigas beside it and some other townships. Followed by this under construction CBD'S .. it's Huge! And Manila will not be tagged in as a poor City.

I believe that this will going to happen. 12 years ago, when I joined a company that is based in BGC. At that time, I never imagine that BGC will boom on its present state.
When I worked in Fort Bonifacio before, it was a dusty place with unpaved roads. Only the PNOC compound was modern looking in that area. Our address was Makati City then. I don't know when Fort Bonifacio, called BGC now, suddenly became part of Taguig.

I really hope that there's a walkable city or even more walkable cities in new developments and/or reclaimed lands for more engaging and encouraging walking lifestyle and safe to walk around and window shopping when they are a mall or walk around for leisure and recreational activities.

I hope they not only planning for roads (Walkable cities? yes, not city for cars and roads but for the people! Greenery? yes, not only high-rise cement jungles!), make sure building connecting using tertiary roads, and leave the secondary road open against bottle neck traffic, which I always observe because of malls (or other buildings) centralize the traffic (home to schools/hospitals/workplace area need to go through the malls (or other mega business district) causing traffic, at least here in Cebu as what I know)! For primary roads, let it open for point to point destination (town to towns, city to cities, etc).
Sana maapply din to sa mga architect at mga city engineer sa link na to... at sana e consider din nila ang daanan (e road widening at smart pagka design) na hindi mag bottle neck (example sa Ayala Cebu ang traffic)

...rivers stopped working, not because of the pollution but the corruption of the previous government leaders and department heads. Not until Duterte made it happen... department heads started working with each other rather than not take responsibilities to their job. Otherwise, Duterte will sack them - if they are tamad and corrupt.
