What a great guy , honest and genuine and a force that makes governments sweat knowing they can't skim bundles out of it . A great catch to interview Nigel 👌
True British Patriot - Nigel Farage
Nigel Farage you are amazing! Wise man, you are so much loved!!
Fascinating man with experience-gained wisdom worth listening to 🕵🏾♂️ God bless
A very enjoyable interview. Well done Alfie and good luck for the future.
Great interview Alfie and best of luck to you. GB News we are a people, Gypsy is spelt with a capital G
Nigel what a Great interview , you hear more truth on GBN than the BBC OR GMTV
Brilliant man Alfie.
God if we only had more like this guy
He's a rare breed though - he's very humble about it but I'd say he's "up there" in terms of real intelligence.
A really interesting debate with a very clever and decent bloke!!
Fair play to Alfie best very inspiring interview good luck 🙏
Straight talker good luck to the guy
One of the Best Talking Pints. Excellent interview. Very informative.

Great interview. Thank you too you both 🙏
I thought it was Alfie Bass! Still brill! What a guy!
Outclasses every disgusting politician you`ve ever had on your show Nigel, by a mile
Great chat. The major difference between park homes and bricks and mortar is durabiity 15 years ish for insurance purposes and 50 + for bricks and mortar I have owned and lived in both.
After WW2, to meet the housing crisis they built pre-fabs. the people who lived in them loved them, they were well thought out, indoor sanitation, heating, unlike most of the terraced house at that time. they were meant to last 10 years, some near to us lasted over 40 years, Have looked at Park homes with view to retirement, having watched Alfie Best will now look further into it.
I would head over to the Holiday Park Action Group and read some of the posts from owners on his park. Be very wary because the industry is totally unregulated and there are no independent bodies to act on your behalf
@@mikeh9829 Thank you.
If l'm honest l find these homes charmless ugly and 'plasticky'; it's ridiculous we can't find the political will to build our people really decent homes at an affordable price afterall we have architects more than capable of responding to the challenge.
However, l take my hat off to Alfie he is clearly an impressive man with his head screwed on!
Well said
According to the Park Homes Policy Forum there are a variety of Council Tax bands from A to C around the country.
Mr Besr claims here that they are a Band A and therefore makes them affordable.
In Wales all park homes are in band C regardless of size, lot of waffle in this video
Brilliant on park homes. We have a holiday home in The Netherlands. It's really nice. 3 beds. On a beautiful park with a swimming pool. We go in term time and have the pool to ourselves.
Another example of a real person being interviewed with something to say. The whole of Parliament should be filled with people who have first been successful in private industry. People with ideas and ideals.
I wish you had touched upon the methods of raising finance, maintenance and longterm values of such homes and any other potential pitfalls involved, it sounds like the perfect solution for the less well off but as we all know it seldom is.
Best idea for affordable housing that government won’t take on because it helps the masses and doesn’t line pockets we all know it
Governments never listen unless they smell money .
Here, Mr Best discusses that as well as other benefits for Park Homes as affordable housing, are that they are on council tax A.
This is not true of a number of parks around the country, one of which is in Wales and is Band C.
That's pretty hefty.
Frist time I have seen this Video all I can say that this is full of untruth waffle, our park in Wales is in band C they are not cheaper than B M house no mention of having to give your park owner £10% of the purchase price to him when you sell your home the park owner will have already made a handsome profit when you have first purchase your home from him no mention of having to paint them every 3 years no mention of keep checking for cracks in the boards the list could go on and on
@nigel_farage
@@glennisleech7670 Band C is outrageous unless you live in a mansion!
Why have they not mentioned the park pitch fees !!!!!!!!!!
sadly, it's not going to work as the solution, because the housing bubble is popping by March, I'm sure his parks will fill up with homeless British when the markets crash next year.
Nigel, how can we promote park home living, without pushing the prices of standard housing up?
62 Ammeter fights. He aint getting any abuse from me.
What a Guy.
Great idea the government will never take him on because of his gypsy background ( wrong I know ) , seems a great guy and I admire his achievements.
Nigel Farage.
True gentleman
But he doesn't put money into upkeeping his parks. He shouldn't have to sell units to do that.
He should use the ground rent we pay otherwise what are we paying for?
10:12 some has took a slap of him fresh cuts on his knuckles
How sad! Well Boris, you could start wearing a track suit perhaps they will think differently of you if ya do?????
Nigel farage talking about caravans.
It's annoying as our local council refers us as a caravan park.
Not a single caravan here
Alfie best should offer help for Ukrainian refugees
Pity you park owners treat holiday home owners like shit. Unregulated industry, out to fleece anyone they can.
Don't believe he's some nice person. Read the Holiday Park Action Group FB page
