hi everyone!
Those are all really nice!
I lived in Clinton Hill for years moved due to the rents being too dayum high. These apartments are no exception, too high 6k and above to live in brooklyn for a 2 bed is insane. Also Cash, Please stop calling them Deli's, when you leave Manhattan (wall street to the beginning of Harlem) after they are called "bodegas", especially in mixed communities.
Thank you!
Even in Manhattan we call them Bodegas.
@@snickersimsocute2438 depends on where you are
You’ve gotta be kidding $7k a month? Pls update us on if and when this rents, curious at this price how long takes to rent.
yes agree, would be informative to know how many of these places actually get rented, as it is hard to believe that people are able to cough up such high rents .
@@lorainestjames4181 They usually don't stay for much more than a year - after the rent increase.
It's not the $7k, it is the mismatch between this and the apt.
DARN I SENT IT, WE SHOULD DO, A CROSS COMPARABLE!!!!!!
I liked them. I would be torn on which to take. Pet-Friendly? Elevator? Communal roof space?
I definitely liked the 3rd apartment the best... I only wish the 3rd apartment had the 4th apartment’s Kitchen and the 1st apartment’s Laundry Room! In the first two apartments, I didn’t like those “Open” Bedrooms. l wouldn’t want anyone to have to “walk through” my bedroom to get to theirs! I also prefer my bedroom with a en-suite, l absolutely hate sharing a bathroom! I won’t rent an one bedroom apartment unless there’s 1 & 1/2 Bathrooms... Preferably the full bathroom attached to my bedroom and a “Powder-Room” (1/2 Bath) for guests! I also prefer a bathtub however, it’s not a dealbreaker.
Clinton Hill is the neighborhood I spent the first 13 years of my life. Jesus, rent truly has become astronomical.
The rat trap in the outdoor space will come in handy. You'll need it in that neighborhood.
great place for your family cash. Your daughter would have a backyard to play in.
I grew up in chelsea.Left in the late 80s Wow I miss it
That bagel shop is good
Totally crazy rent cost!
Way overboard!🤪
I like all the apartments I love the bathrooms.
I'm decorating my bathroom at the moment and totally stealing the vanity idea.
I like them all.
I have the same oven! It's a 12+ yo KitchenAid.
I liked the 2nd apartment best
Golden Crust is a Jamaican chain takeout restaurant.
Final unit is the winner.
The pit with venomous snakes joke made me LOL 😂
