Q: Do you plan before, during, or after the week?
A: It varies from video to video, but typically I plan 2-3 times during the week and stitch the clips together. I rarely plan the entire week in advance or the entire week retroactively.
Q: Do you use all of these planners?
A: Yes and no. Every week, there is something in my life that takes priority over the others whether it be school, work, or something personal. Depending on the week, I select a few planners that will help me achieve my tasks! So not every planner is used every week.
Q: How do you get so much done in a day?
A: If you watch any of my journaling vlogs, you’ll realize that I have very poor sleeping habits and so naturally I’m able to fit more things into the day. It’s something I’m trying to fix but admittedly this is the only reason.
Please let this be a new thing! You don't even need to talk! Just recently, I realize i love watching videos like this. I found Stationary Pal on UA-cam and she does more than an hour long live packing videos, where fans can watch her pack orders and chat. She even puts the order number she is doing at the bottom of the screen. Its alot of fun and we get to see other products she has on her site. 😊

@61k People aren't lonely we just love her products and any stationary. People who love sports, they get hour or hours long pre-game shows and then the actual game, and then the hour long post- game talk shows. And that ok, cause they love everything about that sport. Well, stationary is our love, passion and sport. 😊

Never thought that watching someone packaging stuff would be ASMR, but I loved!!! Was happy for all the people receiving their packages with my all times most loved stationary! Hi! Thank you for this insight into your packaging process. Very interesting. It's just a minor thing, but are these plastic bags really necessary? Personally, I would find it a lot cuter if for example the little items like washis woulb be put into the pouch (if it is part of the order, of course. Not looking for a freebe haha). I assume you pack it in plastic so it doesn't move around in the envelope? Have you thought about glassine sleeves? It might just be me, but I find glassine a lot prettier than plastic sleeves/bags. Just a thought.
Would definitely like to see more packing videos. Oh, and the personal notes on the thank you cards are cute. Beautiful ink! Is that gold?

damaged, with the extra protection from
the bag everything is still intact.
I think she’d still have to pack the pouch in some type of bag or sleeve. It could potentially become damaged during transit because it is made of fabric.
Hello! Thank you for bringing this up! A few things:
> The large plastic bags we use is actually repurposed. All of the pouches are transported in these large bags of 10-25 which is necessary as it makes a ~30 day journey to us, and we need to ensure all of our stock arrives clean and safe. For large orders, we use these bags to keep everything together and it saves having to purchase large plastic bags, adding to the waste.
> For the smaller plastic bags, we do still need to use them as if the package gets soaked, the cellophane will protects the product inside. Glassine bags are not fully sealed (or maybe I haven't found any that are!!!) so they don't work for the purpose of protection.

How does your python script work? Coding is very intriguing to me lol
It's a very simple script because I am not a coder by any means lol. It basically reads the exported order file, cleans it up, then extracts a list of orders that DON'T contain something. So in this case, I extracted a list of orders that don't contain stamps since they are not ready yet!

You have a very old fashioned work ethic. I mean that in a good way. You add your personal touches like signing all the bean cards, packing everything yourself, checking the integrity of the products eg pouches. BUT, time is money! If you want to grow into a Monsterz company you have got to cut back on those personal touches. Have those Bean Cards pre-stamped with a message, hire interns to pack that stuff and I am sure there are a dozen other areas you can stream line. You are the creative talent behind your organization. You could be creating while other less talented folks would be happy to have a job and do what you are doing. It would reduce your stress level. Just talking from experience. Good luck and stay well. You make a great product.
She doesn’t sign cards like she used too, they use stickers now. There are other people that pack orders, but she said she likes to pack orders as well.
