Beagles are so pretty they're in a league of there own..mine passed away 2013, no such bread as a 'pocket beagle, as they're just puppy beagles.. But be warned -they can be unruly when they're old enough to sprint of following there nose, but just a small hickup, only way i found to stop mine is to scream at the top of your voice, it will also stop other humans as well in the area,.. oh & they Always jump up on others at the beach..but who could resist a cuteness overload with those ears & brown eyes..happy beagling..
this reminds me of when my parents got my beagle. i had no idea and it was a three hour drive there but as soon as we got there i was definitely not bored.
I've had a pocket beagle for 10 years and have never heard that name before. Makes sense lol, even if he's probably small due to being a mix breed. Still amazing and sweet dogs, even if they howl and bark at every single thing.

My pocket beagle is the runt but her brother is owned by someone in my family. She is cute and chubby but she pushes up against me for cuddles every single chance she gets.
Sorry I wasn’t clear. My dog is slightly smaller than other pocket beagles because she is the runt. I have never been around regular beagles for a long time so I don’t really know how much smaller pocket beagles are. I do know they are smaller just not the actual amount. They are about 1.5-1.8x smaller I wanna say. At least in weight. Unlike the 20-24 lbs of typical beagles, pocket beagles are about 7-15ish lbs.
So yall are looking for an inbred version of a perfectly fine dog. Mini versions are just cruel to the animal. Yall really need to stop with this designer dog crap.
cooldog60 I owned a beagle, but had to put her down a year ago because she had cancer. I loved that dog and would have taken her cancer and given it to me if I could. A day doesn’t go by where I don’t think of her and miss her.
