FYI for people like me who came here to figure out the etiquette, it seems that people tend to take one quadrant (or section) each to kill the monsters, then when the one person goes to summon the monkey (only one person needs to do it), the other three go to different corners of the map and wait. When someone types "r?" in the chat, they're asking if everyone's "ready." You can respond with "R" as well. If the boss is not in your quadrant then head towards the middle platforms.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any helpful videos :( Also, I tried asking in the game, but everyone was very gatekeeping :(( I really hope there's a guide to learn it.
