You describe my life perfectly. I am a photographer who shoots 99% of my work in the Southwest... I am based out of Tempe. I spend a lot of time out on the highway, on trails, unpaved dirt roads, many primitive miles. The brother in the blue shirt is wearing some Zuni pieces. I pass through the Zuni Reservation heading toward El Morro probably 10 times a year. It's a favorite road trip route. They have those distinctive inlays in their silver. I'm half Navajo so I wear Navajo jewelry, but this is essentially my style. Those brothers encapsulate life out here. Wide open spaces to think, guitar plucking of strings, and miles to go before you sleep.
I have a barbershop and this music suits perfectly, we are able to focus on the job and keep customers happy and relax, this music feels ancient, it comes from the soul...
This guys are so cool. First song is incredible! But my favorite is the second, Three Hermanos! We are three brothers in family and this song made a huge impression on mee. Many Thanks to Hermanos Gutierrez for their deep feel of soul understanding.
I went on a date & the guy was playing this in the car! I was mesmerized while we drove in silence soaking this sweetness in. I later texted him to get their name & have been listening to them non stop. They were perfect viewing partners for the Eclipse ❤ So much appreciation.

That’s the purpose of art. To create, inspire, and enrich life. Perhaps giving time and effort to an instrument or other art medium might reignite a passion. Hope everything is well and though we live in a chaotic and indifferent world, there’s always opportunity to create or consume great art that enriches the brief experience we get on this beautiful planet.
