I have never fished for carp before I am more of a bass man lol 😂 but I have been learning from your videos and I am thinking about going carp fishing now!
What's the carp fishing like over there?
Nothing like a hard days work and a winning ways upload 👌
Cracking video, I’ll be having a go on Monday - can’t wait.
Superb filming Rich! Andy: cccuuuurrrvvve! Jamie: Be nice! Love it!
Guys thanks for the videos do really enjoy them. The split screen the rich done this time was great could focus on the float and also see what you guys where doing and saying. Well done Rich!

@Winning ways great camera 🎥 work Rich, keep the content coming 👍
Loads to talk about, and each angler brings information out of the other, a great video. Never knew you could catch on a moving bait before, must try that. Yes, time flies by and you keep nice and warm while fishing this style.
I love you two, makes me want to go fishing every time and you always cheer me up! Also love the graphic telling me what the line dia is in breaking strain, only ever known breaking strain so was constantly looking it up.
Will try and remember to do it each time - probably one of the most asked questions we get :)
Great video guys. What distance are you fishing at and what weight waggler are you using.
Nice vid boys, I fish in all weather on the waggler and I have always sunk my line with a quick flick so you end up missing less bites.
I just get enough of these guys brilliant video entertaining funny and informative 👍 keep up the fantastic work 👏
Legends love your videos
Great video guys, lots of useful info to mull over.
Rich what about a swing tip challenge for the guys, I have one you could borrow, but you would have to source another one.
Great content 👌🏼
How long would you leave it out before bringing back in for a re-cast. Great vids both of you guys, lots of great info
That was real time filming so should give you a starting point 👍🏻
At least im not the only one whose bib and brace looks like we have been mud wrestling in them. Get them washed Andy lad. Your a professional.
Great video guys. Would you fish the, insert waggler with with punched bread like dobbing on pole
Do you think the. Number 10s help with flick over of the pellet when you hit the clip ???
Would you use a self cocking float for this?
Great vid as always, thanks guys, what weight was that waggler?
6BB I think we ended up using on the day.
Brilliant video as always 😃 who made the floats Andy was using in the video
Scroll back a video, we covered the rig in detail on the previous one.
would you always cast to an iland when fishing the wagg
did you use a hair rig or a band on the hook ?
Are you using banded pellets or soft ones
Love waggler fishing but, after my mate kept kicking my arse on the pole I finally relented and bought one. Still, this shows that it has it's place in the right circumstances.
Hi guys, natural water i fish has tench to 9lb and im finding shimano match rod a little "light" even for the 6lb fish, what type of rod would you suggest. the one you use in the vid gives a satisfying bend and i would not want to just drag fish in with a carp rod.
How do you find depth do far out?
Can you use hook with pellet band with conventional waggler and not pellet waggler??
Great vid ...
How much exactly over depth was andy fishing
Probably around 6-12inch.
How do I sign up to be a member to watch the match vids, I can’t see how to do it anywhere 🥴
There should be a link in the description of all the videos. Also pinned at the top of our Facebook page.
If you are watching on iPhone you are best signing up on a laptop or computer 👍🏻
how long does these float last? being peacock quill - i.e how to store them, do they bend, when left on sunlight? i had preston peacock wagglers and they served only one season, had cracks and paint scratches.
Just store them out of direct sunlight in a plastic case to avoid damaging them and they should be fine. Obviously if you are leaving rods set up with floats on you are more likely to damage them so using a quick change swivel to take it off at the end of a session will help look after them.
Go on the fishes !
Does anyone know where I can find these wagglers?
ua-cam.com/video/0GP7BBPV2b4/v-deo.html all the details of components here 👍🏻
Where do I get some of these floats from please lads?

@@WinningWays Thank you
Andy/Jamie..... some more river stuff please 🙂
SQUIRREL !!!! lmao
Andy proved it can be done but surely not sinking the line makes the strike harder to achieve? Are you relying on a combination of wind at your back rather than in your face, plus the line clip (which I’ve never thought about for float fishing) and/or hard-to-achieve perfect feathering to reduce the slack to a manageable amount?
You want to be tight to the island, obviously trying to sink the line will end up dragging it further away. You're recasting regularly enough that it's not an issue - but yes casting it to a clip is just something you need to practice but an important skill to have.
3lb line is OK yes. But the lighter the line the more forgiving the rod action should be.
I think it's my favourite fishing method too.
What type of wagglers are these?

How about a link for these Kev Leach floats

Hi
Hi 👋
I fished on a waggler for 95%or more of my fishing hours (and those are a lot of hundreds, for sure). My feeling is that it's way harder to target bigger examples, unfortunately. Why?
Can catch fish of all sizes on the waggler - often it's a great way of targeting spooky fish as you don't have a pole wafting over there head
Hi you recently gave a discount code for vulcan sports is it still valid if so can you please send it to me many thanks Andy Hill
It's WINNINGWAYS10 just enter it at checkout and it should still be valid :)
