My favourite character! Nobody seems to notice, but she has one of the most important abilities which I think you should have mentioned. Her ability to heal has saved her friends countless times and the fact that Kubo has had her throughout the manga and anime shows that she is a significant character.

I don't hate her, but i have noticed the types of people who do hate her. 1) are the people who hate her solely based on the usage of "kurosaki-kun" and that's pretty much it. For some reason they love to write her off just because of that. 2) are the ones who say she didn't get character developement, some of them thinks that way because a) she is not a fighter, and because of that she didn't develop, although they should read the fullbring arc again then if they think so, b) she is in love with ichigo, in some fans mind, they think its a crush, and she should get over it, or else she won't develop. 3) are the ones we all know, the batshit ichiruki fans, not the sane ones, the crazy ones. They hate her guts just for being in love with ichigo, they see her as a threat and to make themselves feel better they pair her up with ulquiorra (ya know a guy who mentally abused her, tried to kill her friends in front her) {But in final I prefer Ulquiorra} they truly believe he would be good for her for some reason. They also pair her up with uryu, at least that one isn't psychotic, but no chance of happening either but yeah. They constantly compare her to Rukia, in every comment section, they sometimes also feel insecure about themselves, and because Orihime is not like them, they hate her and self insert themselves as Rukia, I don't get the whole feelings jealous over a fictional character but okay....But Honestly Orihime is probably my second favorite female character, and all the hate stopped bothering me along time ago, after all the people who actively hate on her, write dumbass essays about her, truly needs to get out more.

I like Orihime, she's my favorite female character and I don't understand all the hate. Sure she might not be very useful in battle, which I find annoying, especially because we know Kubo can make badass female characters. However, I still find Orihime funny, and a great character.

It's just that her action was so out of blue, "oh, let me heal Grimjow's arm and refuse to heal Ichigo because I don't want him to get hurt even more." Like WTF?? otherwise, she's okay
it not about her being weak merely so her being repressive,very self center,more so cares & place my boi ichigo above everyone else n herself, she cause the rain to come back again in ichigo
Normally, when you love someone they do come before everyone else including oneself. I think she had great potential for more character development. I loved her character, I hated the overuse of KUROSAKI-KUN but hey, that's how the Japanese would normal scream ICHIGO which is a little less annoying. While many say she was weak and useless I found her to be one of the strongest characters support wise. Most hate for her is pure intolerance, that's it. Intolerant people generally won't take the time to be patient and understand in greater depth a person's character therefore I ultimately find that a lot of haters just didn't take the time to properly understand Orihime,

I would have to agree, but I find it hard to believe that Kubo wasn't able to make bad-ass female characters when you look at practically every single female in Bleach.
I just wish Orihime would have been a powerful fighter, who could handle herself in battle, even against the Espada.

I hated Orihime to start with, but now I love her. She's not the best to have in battle but she's actually a really good character, a nice look at someone who isn't a fighter and can't do much but still tries her hardest. Plus I think she's just adorable and so happy she ended up with Ichigo. She deserves a big family.

Mainly because of the difference in how they were written. Sakura was half done, because of Kishimoto not caring about her.
They both have their own way of being irritating. After the time skip though, Sakura becomes way more useful as a teammate. Orihime has one job, the healer, and she can barely do that. :/

Orihime is one of my favorite characters, the only thing I hate is that they made her too weak.

I love Orihime as a character, but it was sad how she was always pushed to the side. Not useless like most people say, but she had obviously trained a lot with both Rukia before the Arroncar Arc and by herself during the timeskip. She had a attack which was only useful once, and it wasn't a bad attack either, its suppose to cut whatever she wanted in half and it was never used outside that one hollow. Plus, it was shown that she is a natural and controlling her spiritual pressure and how her powers worked like kedo hinting that she could use kido in battles. Hell, she can bring people back to life. She could probably make someone who is elderly become young again, and she could've taken the hogyoku out of Aizen, made him mortal, then remove the hogyoku from existence. Orihimes flaws weren't really because she was a bad character, its because she was never given a chance to develop at all.
I agree with this mostly. Her power allows manipulation of space-time, that can easily become the most powerful type of power in the whole show; and why I think they pushed her to the side. Her power as is can kill anything, just can easily be stopped and as she gets stronger, it becomes hard to stop.
If they made her more like a boss type person, she would maybe get into a fight and be all weak, trick the enemy into letting their guard down because she is literally unable to hurt them. Then she uses her attack, but has him get near the opponent, as if it has no intention of doing harm, then rejects the space-time they are in and split them apart.

No. Its because they wanted to make her the healer/ support. Thast why I always tell people not to do that to others. Had she got her power biooseted there wouldnt have been any need for her healing to begin with....
I think the reason why Ulquiorra's death isn't confirmed yet is because Orihime can use her powers to revive him. My question is does she really want to revive Ulquiorra?
I love Inoue because even if she is not the strongest character of the manga, she is always trying to do her best and this is a great thing for me. I don't want to talk about the end of the manga but for me she should go with someone else because Ichigo doesn't look like someone who is really interested by love or things like that. Inoue Mbti personnality is ENFP and this means that she cares a lot about everyone's feelings but I don't have the feeling that Ichigo is the same. In real life, I don't know if this kind of relationship can works. ( Sorry for my english ;__; ) She was always my favorite manga character when I was a teen because I wanted to be able to trust my feelings as much as her and I was admirative about how brave she was. Anyway, haters gonna hate but as many characters likes Sakura Haruna, Hinata Lucy and many others... I think that Inoue deserves the love that people are giving to her. Great video :)

Should have included how her powers are in fact space-time distortions where she can reject the space-time and alter it. Her "healing" is really reversing the time on an injury. Her attack is actually a rift created in space-time causing everything caught in it to separate, which can make her attack the most lethal, but can be stopped. Her barrier is a space-time displacement sending things back the way they came. She has a limit as to how much she can reflect, but the attack will have to rebuild its force after it hits the barrier, and even when it breaks, because of the sending back effect, it is guaranteed to block an explosion as the force will go elsewhere.
I need a bit more research on this to fine tune how correct it is, but that is the gest. Something the Ichigo started to figure out instinctively which is why he started refusing her "healing".

Despite some of the quirks that make up her personality, I've no issues with looking past any of them. And that can be said for many characters not only from this series, but others also. And hey no problem at all. I'm really happy you enjoy the video, and it's nice to hear that you come back. ^^ 👌

If you really think about it, there isn't really any logical reason why people hate on her so much.
To add on to this list. Orihime is married to Ichigo and they have a son named Kazui Kurosaki.
I like her character a lot, I just wish she had more development. Her powers, at least in theory, have incredible potential yet Kubo doesn't put her in a situation where she actually grows her powers. I understand that she isn't supposed to be the powerhouse in the story, that is Ichigo's domain, but it would have been nice to see her become more then a sideline character and damsel. I wish her powers to reject "god" or "reality" were just explored more.
