How to make Modeling Chocolate/Simple Modeling Chocolate recipe

- In this video I show how to make Modeling Chocolate. My recipe is very simple and you only need Chocolate and glucose syrup. When making Modeling Chocolate it is important that when you stir the two ingredients together - and you must not stir too much. As soon as you can see grease coming out of the Chocolate, stop stirring. You can use Modeling Chocolate for many different purposes. You can make flowers, figures, cover your cakes etc... I hope you would like to try my simple recipe for homemade Modeling Chocolate

It can last for many months. I put mine in the fridge and then take it out of the fridge the day before I need it. I have had some in the fridge for 4 months and it tasted just as good as when I had just made it.

Does the chocolate set hard or is it still playable at the end of moulding/shaping?
The chocolate does not become hard so you can still shape it in the end. If you want your modeling chocolate to be very hard, add 25 g of Glykosk syrup instead of 40 g.
