Only the PNM has been in government for 47 years. Therefore, the legacy of neglect rests more heavily upon their shoulders.

If you're a person who cares about what's right, then, it's not acceptable to be silent in the face wrongdoing. However, so many of our people accept the evil and chide those who oppose it. Why? I have never supported the PNM, but like the police, they cannot be everywhere at once. Shouldn't the UWI engineering graduates have some accountability for this? The engineering department have had 60+ graduation ceremonies. Are those engineers proud of their work?

However, if you watch my "The PNM Mafia" video, you'll understand why, in part, we have such high numbers of criminal acts in our country. Additionally, I can't see how UWI's engineering graduates have any role in the neglect of vital infrastructure and public services in this country. Our government signs off on all capital expenditure. They are responsible for the maintenance and the efficient operation of ALL public facilities and services. We have corrupt politicians.

Recently, I had to change the handle to flush my toilet bowl. Over time, these things wear out. This is especially true for ALL facilities provided for the public. This is a longstanding struggle for governments around the world. It's the perennial responsibility of all municipalities to provide and maintain such services. I've been using the NALIS library in PoS for many years, and so have countless citizens.
