Nice speakers. Younreally need a much serious amp. I recommend Sony ESPRIT series (anything with ES in it's model), if you want to remain in Sony field. But something at least 120W per channel in 8ohm, damping factor 100 minimum! This is crucial. Enjoy!🎉

The JBL l100t are old with foam surround for bass driver and surround fly away at higher volume. The Transpuls 1500 are huge, loud and good speakers. If you love to feel music, that with good amplifier it's not bad choose.
I know you do like these beautiful speakers but i'd like to ask you how much do you recoment them ? cause i have plans on buying them ............ Thanks :-)
Just compared it to the original right now. I think the upper base around 120 hz - 200 hz ist much to boosted. Deep base below 50 hz are missing. The mids are too silent, sounds like there is a valley in the mid frequencies somewhere that makes the speakers sound hollow. Also the hights are not really brillant and are sounding a bit covered. That's my opinion based on the comparism with the original wich is also on yt. What is your opinion of the sound? I heard the recording and the original through a Sennheiser hd58x wich ist pretty comperable to your hd600.
Are you saying this based on hearing the speakers in person, or based on this poorly recorded YT video played through whatever speakers or headphones you happen to own?
@@Monkeyseemonkey79 Based on this and some other recordings on YT. I've never heard these speakers in reality. I listened through a headphone wich is quite neutral. So my opinion might be not representative.

16 Hz my ass, I don't doubt these sound amazing.. But there's no way a driver that's basically like a PA 15 inch would digg down to 16 Hz in that cabinet. Sounded like they were even struggling with that 45 - 40 Hz note in that song
Yeah, when I saw the frequency response down to 16 Hz, I had to doubt it. That amount of power it takes to reproduce frequencies that low would be no less than 500 Watts, and the Xmax also has to be very impressive too. There is a reason why people buy SVS subs, they're designed to go that low while keeping your mains from doing all the heavy lifting. As long as the mains go down to 40-50 Hz at -3 dB, that's all you need.
@@CorvetteCoonass Yeah... Personally got their pb-1000 which is their smallest ported sub and most people would be stunned bu how good and low it can play
Love that banana. However.... This Transpuls 1500 is the RIGHT SIDE version (with the dual tweeters situated to the right of the midrange). So for a stereo pair, we would need to get the complete matching pair -- one RIGHT SIDE version and the other one being the LEFT SIDE model, with the twin tweeters being to the left of the midrange driver. Here in this demo, you have two RIGHT SIDE versions of the 1500 and no LEFT SIDE version. So your stereo soundscape is going to be quite off. With the smaller TRANSPULS 1000 speakers, you in fact do have separate models for the LEFT SIDE and the RIGHT SIDE. But for the TRANSPULS 1500, I only see one model, the RIGHT SIDE model even listed on the Magnat product page. You are using two of them here, in both the tweeter assembly is on the right. There must or should be a dedicated LEFT SIDE version of the TRANSPULS 1500 with the tweeter being on the far left side, as it is in the TRANSPULS 1000 L (for LEFT SIDE) model. If there isn't, the 1500 should be only used in mono for best results. Not in proper balanced stereophonic. That would be a huge loss, really, as these babies look quite good. Rather strange brew from Magnat. At least they corrected glaring this mistake with the TRANSPULS 1000 -- dedicated LEFT and RIGHT side speakers with those. Oh well, there is always something to spoil the fun, isn't there?
Time travel from the past to the future! Magnat Transpuls 1500 - More than retro! Thanks to its narrow pillar-like structure, most modern speakers blend into today's modern interiors and are so-called "living room friendly". However, this has not always been the case. Several of the studio speakers, as well as the legendary speakers of the 60s, 70s and 80s, were much larger and much more prevalent in sound than the current speakers. The large base element opens up the possibility of producing a very dynamic and powerful music experience. Many rock, soul, jazz and pop music enthusiasts as well as listeners to live music know how to appreciate the pulsating, powerful and direct-to-listen sound. Magnat Transpuls 1500 is equipped with the classic parts of these eras, but it has been developed with modern materials and tools, for example by using Klippe's laser measurement system with high precision.
