I was born in Japan, but I grew up in Pakistan. (I did live some part of my life in Japan and visit it here and there)
I speak English and Urdu fluently, while Japanese is conversational (I need to practice lol) and I can understand Punjabi.

Anyways, this is the truth. People who are half japanese or japanese who have been abroad have been more exposed to foreign culture so they will be more willing to marry a foreigner. But most japanese people have not had that experience and aren't that open, you would need to know the ins and outs of Japanese culture and an amazing command over Japanese to make them more comfortable around you since they would then see you as one of their own.
(I'd love to see discussion with your Dad on this topic, we need to get him on here, also I'm dying for that Q/A video 😫)

I had a colleague in university who was half Japanese and Pakistani. Now she is married to my best friend from the University.
My cousin is half Japanese and half Pakistani she is living in Tokyo with my uncle and his wife but she doesn't go school because she has been bullied a lot which made her depressed I feel very bad for her but now idk what she's doing
I understand what’s happening, this is unfortunately the Japanese society which still requires diversity in order for them to understand that foreigners or hafu are more common than they think. Wish your cousin better mental health cuz that’s really important in today’s world.

I agree with you, having mixed genetics tend to give you the Eurocentric features which end up making you stand out from the crowd. However, sometimes that also have it’s cons. Being a mixed makes you culturally stand in the middle, people might see you as a foreigner which makes you not fit in with one or another culture. But of course if you have a loving community that could be solved.
I’m not that well at taking compliments but thank you for the your kind words and watching my videos. I know, I have recently made more videos in Urdu, but if you do have time you could give my starting videos a try as they tell my background story. In that while I might make some more videos in English.

Pakistanis tend to live, work or stay in Western, Middle-Eastern countries more often, because they're Caucasian looking so it feels relaxing to fit-in without being looked or pointed at for looking different.
