The 200x is way better. Its similar to the series but lacks height. The General RatLor supposed to be huge just how The 5 horse men did justice for clawful 200x staction. So if ratlor was 8 or 8 1/2 inches. ..RatLor would be PERFECT.

I think Scott should be taking in Dan's Ideas on every figure that is being made... I've felt that since the beginning of this line...

this vid made me remember something about the 200x series i loved...the loin cloth was specific to the character. statos' looked like feather, his looked looked like scales, tri-klops had a tech look. now everyone gets the he-man one
I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the General. This figure is Awesome. From teh detailing to the extended head to the rattling tail. This figure is flawless, and my favorite so far from Eternos Palace randor, and Dekker.
Yeah their is a variant of Rattlor's vintage figure, One is yellow and the other is redish. I happened to have both, but sold my redish one, and kept the Yellow... I guess because my yellow one was in better shape...
I have no idea why...but I like the Filmation Rattlor the best...Heck, I like the bio for him and Tung Lashor..helps tie the Filmation show, MYP show and the vintage toyline.

I've got a friend hooking me up with a Snake-Men 2-pack at the end of the month. I have to get King Hsss from Matty essentials at some point. Nice in the bio how they reverse his background. I think in the old comics after King Hsss was freed he scolded Rattlor and Tongue Lashor for joining the Horde.
Yes, Eventually Tung Lashor will be released, He's a top Motu figure, no question.. And speaking of Tung Lashor, I'm wondering which one they will make, I hope both the Animation figure, and the vintage toy figure, But If I had to decide which one, I'd have to pick the Toyline figure... If they don't make the cartoon figure, I will make one for sure, but I will wait till the line is finished... This figure can easily be made from reuse of parts.. From the snakemen 2pack for starters...
Now I will admit that I'm more of a 20xx Series Fan more so then the Filmation Era not I have nothing against the Retro Figures or the Designs but sometimes I personally wish they would do more of a Combination of both Eras in this Toyline more so then just one over the other except for first time actual character figures like Faceless One & Horde Prime In this case yes he is based on the Retro but looking at the 20xx Rattlor this guy just looks like another Trooper more so then a General
I wish the extended neck and tail were a bit more articulated... he looks cool as hell but that stiff extended neck just bugs me. that and the tail. it would of of been cool if they put some ball joints in both. I know they are trying to keep the nostalgia feel but man for what they charge I just kind of expect more, its 2012, i mean couldnt they have put some better joints in there. I dont know thats just me.
He can't ride any vehicle. Not with that solid tail. I don't know why he said that. And yes the 45-90° eye slit is strange at some angles. As an updated version, its magnificent! If only Frosta got this attention.

The leader of the Snake Men King Hiss could not be added to either He-Man or She Ra because of 80's censorship, Rattlor & Tongue Lasher were only added to the Evil Horde only to sell their action figures which the animators made them look cute & stupid for the kids. 200X series shown Rattlor as he really supposed to be as the second command of the Snake Men only to King Hiss.

the armor was sculpted "but not included due to cost." virtually all the MOTUC sculpts are amazing (4 Horsemen!) but most of the figures lack their classic action features, no "twist waist for power-punch", absent accessories (like the armor mentioned) and they still want us to buy a subscription and pay $20-30+ for each one. add infamously bad production (backwards shoulders, limp ankles) and i want to know why Mattel is skimping and overcharging. SDCC exclusives mean we'll never get them. Grr.
I am trying to catalog all my dad's old toys; our basement & garages are full of thousand of toys; ...does anyone know about a toy that are dinosaurs & they turned into rocks? my dad says they are go-bots, but he doesn't remember the names of them. these are the only ones he doesn't have the packages for. thank u :-)
Yeah It's hard to deal with sometimes.. I loved the MYP Cartoon series, but hey look at the bright side. The MYP cartoon blew the rest of the eras cartoons out the m.f. window. Transformers, and G.I. Joe renegades sucked. We got it made. Emiliano was the man that made all the comics and all happen. He knows art the way it should be..
Awesome........ Classic look is WAY better than the 200x version. Most of the 200x characters has the problem of having " to many notes" going for them.... Keeping it simple is better. No school like old school. ;)

I was ver disappointed with this figure. I was hoping the neca would make a staction similar to tung lashor. Neca was able to make the charecters similar to the 200x series which =huge bulkier stactions. Clawful tung lashor were big just like the cartoon. Ratlor supposed to be huge ,big. This figure looks super skinny. Small hands And feet. The 200x Ratlor would be a perfect figure if it had The hight.
Am I the only one to realize that Rotar and Twistoid are butt-ugly "Whizzers"? I don't own them. I'm only missing the vintage of these 2 idiots and the Italian-only (How? Why? Italy-only?).

It would have looked better with his pupils where at a 90 degree angle. They should have also made his fangs pointed instead of having a round tip.
I wonder if we'll get Modulok...
Now on to Frosta, one of my favorite characters this year, I hope it's not a disappointment like The Sorceresses wings where....lol.
