But the reality of the current school system has made that hard. Todays kids lack discipline b/c schools don’t hold them accountable meaning they defiant kids are basically allowed to run the entire campus leaving teachers and staff annoyed and frustrated with putting up with them everyday without proper support. Meaning there’s little to no time to educate the good well-behaved kids who actually care about their education and whose parents raised them well.

True! Everyone’s talking about how nice the teacher is and I agree! She’s amazing! But what’s also amazing is how sweet , nice, and well-behaved the students. Imagine teaching in a classroom like this. We’d have more motivated and dedicated teachers and less of them would quit.
And those kids are very sweet too. If every student was that nice and respectful, teaching would be a whole lot easier and better. Then we’d have less educators giving up and quitting teaching.
