Excellent, however I guess the most important UPGRADE needed for this vehicle among others, particularly the engine K-24 is to figure how to prevent the POS Vtec oil pressure switch fails so often .
I agree, lot of time is the connector getting corrosion or damage due to the location. It to close to the exhaust manifold reason why the sensor has a heat shield. The connector will damage.
I bought three months ago this gorgeous 03 Element EX for my daughter, 135k , one owner, I have replaced the VTEC pressure switch 5 times!😡 I haven’t try yet the OEM because the ridiculous price at “stealership” ,however I even disassembled the sensor to check the “complexity” of such SENSOR….already dissembled the conector and hooked the naked wires straight to the sensor (switch) connectors and so far haven’t fail yet after 2k miles …thanks for all those advices , my daughter love the car and so far it’s the ONLY problem with the car .
OEM Vtec or nothing, it's the best and worth the price, I've never used anything else and always positive results - With five replacements you could have bought at least one OEM Vtec...\m/
Usually recommended piston is below the hydraulic cylinder for these struts to help preserve the seal. Easier for dust/grit to collect on seal when facing upwards.

@@64arguzyeah unfortunately anything to do with the vtec oem is the way to go. You probably already spent more replacing the piece if it were oem

Just put a pair in my Amazon cart! 👍🏻
Those are really nice
They are 👍
tried installing similar but when closing it hit the top hood and unable to close. I have a hone element 2009.
When I look this up it has different brackets unlike y'all got two different one that mount on the fender
Will they fit on the rear hatch
Do they make these for the second gen. CRV?
Just wondering, how long were these strut before install?
Element MUST HAVE UPGRADE:
J-series v6
Do they make one for element tailgate Hatch??
I’ll research
@Element_lifestyle are these better than others you told me about?
Yes they are
@@Element_lifestyle I placed my order! 😎
Will this work with hood lights?
The aerogenics light mounts? I had those before with hood lifts and they work
I’m stuck to buy a element or a jeep 4x4 😅
jeeps are shit, easy
If you’re seriously doing some off-roading then the jeep will be better but some light stuff and as a dd the element will do/be better
