19:30 the golem died because he was amok. One of the lesser known effects of amok is that enemies will always run straight towards the enemy they are fighting while under the debuff. This means they will run onto traps, fall down holes, etc. Fantastic series, keep it up!
Have you tried following behind the pylon spark with a 2 turn gap behind it? You can attack, then still have time to catch up without being zapped by the following spark. Basically 11:36 but going clockwise instead of counter-clockwise.
@@roguelikespixels You should be able to attack every second turn, as opposed to the counter-clockwise occasionally requiring double moves. Just make sure the movement is diagonal so you outpace the sparks and catch up.
im curious to see how this holds up in the demon halls because even a +10 wand wont be able to 1 shot wraiths there. it might be tricky to deal with the monster while having to spend multiple turns to corrupt the wraiths
Its definitely the worst during certain boss fights having to pause and deal with the wraiths. So far using 2 charges to corrupt a wraith isn't a deal breaker yet. The battlemage recharging strikes help a lot.
this is really impressive, but can you make vid where you present reliable builds, like warrior with armor of stone + ring of evasion or acana ? And i never play challenges cuz I´m scared. I got the 3 challenges badge, but how do I start continuing with the challenges, when should i augment the difficulty ? You really do good content, so keep it up.
You don't need to play on an older version, this seed is still good for the latest one. Certain challenges will modify item spawn (Into Darkness, Forbidden Runes, Barren Land) which might affect dungeon generation - so unfortunately you'd have to play with these enabled to get the same results.
Hey, I wanted to ask a question, are challenges and settings seeds only for the steam version? I know you can copy the seed of the games you've won but can u even copy them? Edit: nevermind, I just found out u have to beat the game first for those to be options.
Yep that's the annoying part every time I get a new phone. Have to beat the game again to unlock challenges. You can see the seed code even without beating the game, when you resume a save it shows the seed. Seeds are the same across mobile vs. steam versions of the game too.

Because i recently changed phone myself but all my progress, games played and badges got transferred successfully, i only lost a very last game that i was currently played on the old phone. Ah that explains it. Lots of these interesting little mechanics still to learn in this game!
In the DM-300 fight it might have been useful to throw something at a pylon while waiting for an opening in order to kill it more quickly

I don't think I've tried clockwise before, but that sounds good if its fewer moves.

I accidentally cursed pylon on my rogue run, that was fun too see, also i don't know what chances it has

you cant drop it, only way to get rid of it is by giving it to the wandmaker
