I think I-frames are tied to not literally being on the ground. I noticed that in Elden Ring, when you roll or jump, you are invincible for some time. When you land after a roll, you take damage. Seems to be the same with Remnant 1 and 2.
Something you should know, if youre in another friends world expect lag and delay, yes even with great ping. Fighting the guardian of nerud and getting hit by lasers before they even started moving was a nightmare just to find out my friend "the host" saw them moving and hitting me even when for me there was no movement yet. As a co-op player take into account some lag and roll a little earlier than normal.
"Don't upgrade weapons fully unless you enjoy using the weapon, and they're all viable even in end game" Fixed that for you. You don't need to min max and use broken ass weapons like the bonesaw and nightshade do enjoy the game and get through max difficulty.

Yea, it's so dumb the way they have the (R1) button under the skill. I went thru 10 hours before I found it's (L1+R1) to activate your main skill and a different one to activate your second archetype skill. 😒😑
Its important to know most of the info in this vid is flat out wrong. You cant add points manually into class traits. Farming consumables isnt really possible. Sliding is useless.
Why not upgrade the starting weapons ? I have the Blackman ar47 as my starting long gun and have been upgrading it from the start . It seems just as good as any of the other weapons I’ve found or seen at the vendor. Every gun seems balanced with some give and take so I don’t know why we shouldn’t upgrade it
You shouldn’t upgrade, because then the materials that enemies drop, will be more rare and they’ll stop dropping low materials, meaning, unless you don’t want to upgrade other stuff, then sure! Otherwise, you’ll lock yourself out from upgrading the weak stuff

I can't find where to go to progress the story 🤔 im eating some junk food and starting a challenge in this room. But I've just started playing and its hard af! Surely that ain't the main mission 🥲😅 confused where to go?!
Kind of. It blocked a path that was visible on the map and served as a loop back to an area I had been. Almost as if to keep me from finding that area through the wall before I got on the backside. So I was confused about the ending of a hallway that seemed to go back to where I needed to go, but there was a wall. I decided to whack it and it was an illusion. I don't know if they'll hide any secrets, this one didn't. Unless I'd have found it prior. Then I'd been able to go around the backside and avoid a cutscene and story interaction. I was just stoked I hit a wall and it disappeared. I'm a huge souls guy. Loved it.
Any questions items will not, stone dolls, clock pinion, etc. But any equipment you pick up, boss items, consumables, weapons, armor, etc will always carry over. It only excludes quest items do to those items going to "that campaign" in a sense. For example the nightweavers web can have any extra quest items at the end of a campaign thrown into it for items, mostly buffs for your relic or a weapon for one item. You can't get these quest items back though. So if you give the web your biome portal key, you've soft locked your own campaign. But if you're in an adventure campaign, you can throw all the adventure quest items in once you're done and not care.
I believe it's a special "burden" amulet or ring, which provides a very large buff in some areas, while purposefully putting you at a disadvantage for others. That, or they dodge and simply dodged at the wrong time, thus getting hit during the later points or early startup of the dodge animation.

Ye the game didn’t seem to tell us we’d be playing in 720p on next gen consoles that can barely hold 60fps lol. Even consoles games aren’t being optimised now along with pc
Brilliant solo game. Broken ps5 coop. Net code need some work, there’s a 0.5-1sec difference between what you see and what is actually happening. You need to predict an invisible attack and dodge. Otherwise, I’m loving it

Remnant 2 is great but personally cant stand the characters calling out lol. They did it in the first and it sounds cheesy, like Phewww is it over lol.

@@KnightTemplar1977it not about the melee it about the enemies, obtained weapons etc etc is very similar to dark souls that is why it compared. it hard to make an good shooter that with good mechanic enemies to fight with.
Trait points are broke or if they aren't it's a stupid system. I have my medic maxed out my cooldown is maxed out but once you change it to a secondary class you loose points so you have to put more points into it. That's dumb.

You dont even need to grab Checkpoint/crystals, just walking by them resets your spawn point without respawning enemies.

Started playing since release. I Agree it is 10/10. I cannot put the game down. The only downside to this game is it makes me late to work.

My game on ps5 does not have sensitivity settings. I’ve looked through the settings many times. I’d turn them down if I could.

Because boss weapons are better. Upgrading starter weapons is a waste of scrap

You just invite up to 2 friends and play through uninterrupted start to finish.
