If you have tried all of the trouble shooting tips from Samsung and other videos and have determined that you need to replace your Spray Arm Motor this video will show you most of what you need to know to do so. I ended up purchasing the Spray Arm Motor Assembly DD97-00216A which also required me to purchase the Motion Assembly DD97-00204C and the Vane Assembly DD97-00206B because the sensor in the newer assembly will not work with the older motion and vane assemblies. I am not an appliance repair professional, simply a home owner that could not locate any other videos on how to do this so made a very rough video with the steps that I learned along the way from trial and error.
