Sir very informative video. My prostate size in three different ultrasound is 24.81, 19 and 23 grams. Post void residual volume correspondingly is 140, 141 and 160 ml. Fullness of bilateral pelvicalyceal system is also reported in ultrasound. calcification of prostate is also reported two ultrasound and pelvis x-ray. My symptoms include difficulty in starting urination, intermittent urine flow, some time dropwise. Urgent urge but does not start urination. Urine examination report is clear. I am concerned about residual volume and fulness that does this thing is problematic to kidney and bladder or not. The urologist on whom advice first ultrasound and urine test was conducted is of view that there is no issue and as long as my life is comfortable with these symptoms I should continue and when symptoms worsen go for surgery then I consulted another urologist who first changed the alpha blocker from Tamsulosin to Silodosin for one week and repeated ultrasound but result of ultra sound was same and then he advised TUIP as he is of view that back flow due to residual volume may damage the kidneys. Earlier I was on Tamsulosin from 2015 to 2021 and 2021 to now on maxflow-D and now again on simple maxflow on advice of urologist. For advise Please about my concerns about kidney and bladder problems due to significant residual. I f I should go for surgery then does new technique REZUM is suitable for me. I am 62 years. If yes how to consult with you.
