Chai, great job! I love condo tours and you did a great job. Such excellent production value and quickly bur thoroughly showing each place. Not just nice apartments but such nice amenities. Stay champ my friend!
Thanks for watching! 🥳 I'm glad you enjoyed the video, I've been working hard to improve production value and thanks for noticing brother Randy. Stay safe and thanks for the support 🙏
This was so good to see. Thank you & Mr. Tan for this amazing tour. Miss seeing Noona in this video! You both have great information & vibe so good together!😊🎉
Why would vloggers never tell you that? I’m pretty sure that in some cases it’s possible you’re able to get a 3 month contract out of personal experience with different contractors. It’s more common the landlords only accepts 1year contracts
❤ Wow 😮, thanks for sharing real estates n Cambodian. I want to buy as an American Cambodian but don’t know how to even start, so great for sharing. Would love to know more about it.
Thanks for sharing. I like the second one. With that first one, all I could think of was seeing the finger prints from touching the all glass handrailing.😱
The first two were a step up in quality and of course cost 500USD a month, the third one @ 350USD. I reckon if you were basing yourself for a month or more in PP you'd be mad not to take up on one of these. as the rental cost is clearly incredibly cheap. Converted back to Oz dollars thats an average 200.00 a week and thats for the upmarket first two. Wow!! 😁. An average hotel around PP I would think costs probably around Oz 30.00 a night (Oz 210.00 a week) Brilliant Chai. I'll send this video on to the mate to have a look. Cheers 🤩
Cheers mate! Very good value I reckon too. And cost of living besides the rent is also pretty affordable here 😍 thanks for sharing this video 😊 Happy Tuesday Steven!
@Chai_Travel to be fair I'm yet to discover this area because I mostly travel to the other side of the river as it's so cheap in Tuk Tuks. I live and work on the Mekong. I see a sky bar lit up right near where you were and want to find out the name and check it out soon. I'm an Australian and have been mostly in Thailand over the last decade amd just been here 2.5 months
The same apartment in London without the facilities you would be looking at £2500- £3000. I retire soon and rent prices in the UK is now ridiculous. Cambodia may be an option for me.
Now the next video: HOW TO STAY iN CAMBODiA FOR A YEAR 😃 so that you can negotiate the rent In love with the duplex though. Do they the same in dark grey\black?
Chai I am sold. Can you imagine how much each and every one of these apartment would cost in Lowell, Massachusetts a minimum of $3K. I think my wife and I will retire in Phnom Penh my birth place. Thank Chai for let the world see what Phnom Penh had to offer.
I wanna know about the electricity situation. How frequent are the blackouts and how long do they last? Are there backups to use during blackouts and what areas are least affected?
all of them far from the city center where it's possible to find something similar for a more or less similar price. Read Google reviews of people who lived there, you won't smile anymore (Times Square 3 ). Sadly most Chinese companies that build those buildings don't care much about quality. Also, the biggest mall is AEON 3 NOT 2 and when you look at the average yearly air quality in PP it is much better than in the two largest Thai cities
I like the top balcony, where you can jog and enjoy the sunlight. The apartments are nice and affordable, but I must reconsider living there because the traffic is so bad. There is no sidewalk to walk to the market. The traffic, noises, and pollution make Phnom Penh undesirable. If they have this kind of apartment in Kampot, I would move there.
Hi and Thank you for the condo tour It's similar to what I've seen in BKK so far. But I missed a place to work in the room and only the third one has a co-working space. Another negative point is the toploader washing machine. European prefer frontloader. On the other hand the rooms are nice and the prices are quite ok. Greetings from Bangkok
still not worth it in my opinion. I was just there a few months ago. that place has a long way to go. it was better in 2006 the first time i went. also, dont go there in august. its so effing hot!!!
@jerry-p3w…I am in agreement with you. I too was there a just a few months ago. The condos being shown are nice but you have to leave home sometime. That’s when you get to see “the other side of the tracks” and the rest of Phnom Penh…😂😂😂
Blown away by the value in PP! Great content mate!
Thanks mate!
You do so much to promote Cambodia. Enjoy some coffee, chai. Thank you so much.
That’s very generous! Thanks so much for showing your appreciation this way 🥰🙏
Thank you Chai Travel, for the fantastic tour showcasing the property! 🏡✨
Glad you enjoyed it! It was a great collaboration🤩 there are some nice properties for rent and for sale in Cambodia

Glad you enjoyed it! Aw thanks! She’s not always in the video unfortunately 🥰 I’m sure we’ll be able to do one together soon again
Fantastic apartments and facilities for a great price. I know where I will be heading for my retirement 😎
Haha! I hope it all works out! 🤩
Yeah, just wait until you see the traffic and pollution 😂
@bendavid5648 🤣🤣
@@bendavid5648traffic not as bad as in Saigon, Manila, or Jakarta
No doubt
Very tempted....still cheaper than staying at hotels.....wow.....very useful information. Thanks.
Right!? Thanks again 🤗🙏
at least 6 months contract. Something that vloggers never tell you
Why would vloggers never tell you that? I’m pretty sure that in some cases it’s possible you’re able to get a 3 month contract out of personal experience with different contractors. It’s more common the landlords only accepts 1year contracts
Thank you friend CHai for sharing the information about renting Apartments in PH. Pen-Cambodia. It is a very good alternative for us retirees.👍
Always a pleasure mate 🤗 thanks again! 🤩
Insane quality and deal. You would never think that this is Phnom Penh. Thank you for promoting and helping to support Cambodia, Chai.
Cheers mate, happy to help out! 🤩 have a great evening
Awesome! So beautiful and thank you again for supporting & promoting my city.
My pleasure
This is perfect for my parents. They are retiring next year. I'm sending them there
😂
Oh wow! Excellent video Sir. All of the apartments in the video were spectacular
Thanks so much 🥰❤️🙏
@ my pleasure. I was actually looking for an apartment close to the Aeon mall.
Nice information & well produced video, thanks.
Wow looks really nice and see Mekong River view. Imagine seeing sunset ❤
❤ Wow 😮, thanks for sharing real estates n Cambodian. I want to buy as an American Cambodian but don’t know how to even start, so great for sharing. Would love to know more about it.
Nice one! You might wanna fill in a contact form and start from there?: forms.gle/topUJGpEgi8tUci6A
Absolutely insane quality for that cheap
Very Nice apartments, modern & good size , the rooftop floors particularly are very functional - thanks Mr Chai 👌✔️👋👍🙏
Hello sir 🙏 pretty good value right? Happy Chinese new year 🥳🧨
Phnom Penh is growing very fast and with all the amenities available from affordability to luxury.
It’s true, there’s something for everyone here.
Thanks for sharing. I like the second one. With that first one, all I could think of was seeing the finger prints from touching the all glass handrailing.😱
Anytime ;) Haha yeah? I'd go for the first one but I'd love to decorate it a bit. Maybe a few plants and a few paintings :D Thanks for watching again
Great vid!
Thanks!

its at least 6 months contract
I hope your mate is not an Aussie bogan who will ruin it for everyone! 😄
Good info. I'm currently just near the first place you showed.
Thanks! Do you like this area?

@@Chai_Travel are you still in Phnom Penh or now back in Changmai?
Nice and yes mate it’s very affordable to get a tuk tuk via the Pass App indeed. I’m back in Chiang Mai already:)
Very nice I think Chroy Changvar and Koh Pich are the best area in Phnom Penh for quite comfort
In American $900 or $800 per month for living in someone's car garage.
Great from Canada 🇨🇦
Thank you 😃
Nice apartments.
Thanks 🙏
in New york you pay like 3000-10000 a month for a place like that
The same apartment in London without the facilities you would be looking at £2500- £3000.

so that you can negotiate the rent
In love with the duplex though. Do they the same in dark grey\black?
Haha, let's see in the further! Even on a short term visa you can negate though ;)
I think I'd be satisfied in one of those apartments
I think so too 😜 I wouldn’t mind signing a year 🤩
Some cracking apartments there
Chai I am sold. Can you imagine how much each and every one of these apartment would cost in Lowell, Massachusetts a minimum of $3K. I think my wife and I will retire in Phnom Penh my birth place. Thank Chai for let the world see what Phnom Penh had to offer.
Retire in Cambodia sounds like music 🤩 always a pleasure mate 🙏🤗
I wanna know about the electricity situation. How frequent are the blackouts and how long do they last? Are there backups to use during blackouts and what areas are least affected?
No frequent black outs in Phnom Penh
@@Chai_Travel Thank you for your response.
Very nice and very lovely But I still prefer Siem Reap and Kom Pot. Thank for sharing Chai love you my little brother. Watching from SoCal USA
Oook Yeah haha I won’t blame you! They have both such a nice vibe and are enjoyable places too! Thank for watching from all the way in the US!
These apartments are good ❤ but i like 🌊sea facing or sea view river facing like that.. No obstruction 😂
😝
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
something i've noticed and I wonder if anyone knows why? but how is it that all the apartments look like hotels? Was that the original plan?
I think some of them were meant to be hotels at first. But I don’t think that's the case with the once I've shown in this video

Is there much pollution around the river area?
Most rivers in South East Asia are polluted to an extent. But the river side in Phnom Penh is kept clean and is well maintained :)
@Chai_Travel I mean air pollution 😄
