To be honest, I was literally taking notes! I’d love to make these simple meals for my family, they’d love them! And you made it look so easy! Great job Gazza! 👍
It's so useful to batch cook for the days when you haven't got the time to cook from scratch and you still have a healthy meals ready very impressed with you cooking meals as a fair few men I know don't know how to cook so well done x
Well done sweetie! 👏 you're doing a great job! It's not easy losing weight, even with slimming world you have to have will power and determination. Keep going and goodluck! ❤
With no recipe to go off it's nice to see you cook bolognese with almost exact ingredients as I do, I add an extra bunch of flavour powders and a few heaps of vegetable buillion/stock powder... Just rich and divine, but, you need a bit of pasta on top to stir in later when heating up, it is bolognese after all. Also, buy a hand garlic mincer for heavens sake and get a non stick wok to cook yer bolognese in, heaps of room, best buy you'll make all year.
When they say crushed garlic, they mean in a garlic crusher, or you can buy a frozen pack of ready crushed garlic from most supermarkets including Iceland for just £1 (& it’s just pure garlic, handy to keep in the freezer & unlike lazy garlic in the vinegar in the jar, you don’t have to worry about it going off or tasting of vinegar - I always thought it tasted of vinegar even after being cooked any way). They dont mean crushed with a knife or a fist (unless you plan on chopping it up or removing it from your dish after cooking?) as you’ll be biting into a whole piece of garlic & it’ll be really bitter 😬 You can buy frozen ready chopped / diced onion too in the same place as the crushed frozen garlic, handy to keep & you don’t feel inclined to use it all if it’s fresh :) Nice batch cook
double check your sins for the mayflower curry i word it out that it's 4 syns per potion which i work out as 28g curry powder 113ml of water the instructions on the box is 3 potion instructions double check it yourself to be sure ok
