If you to make more of the sweet one, do you change to new oil or can you use the same witch have sugar sirup from the first batch

Hi Classictarget, you can use the same/remaining oil as long as the sugar syrup isn’t yet quite dark or burned, if it’s gets dark, let the oil cools down or sit for a couple of minutes until the sugar syrup goes down onto the pan, then carefully transfer the oil into another pan, just make sure that the sugar syrup you let down won't come while you're pouring, then you can now use it again for frying another batch of sweetened banana chips. Hi Renato Añes, hayaan po muna mag sit in yung sugar coat po then once na nawala n po ung init nito pwede nyo na po ilagay sa resealable container make sure nlng na magkakahiwalay po ung mga slices para d po mag dikit dikit while cooling.☺️
