Nice setup. We are in Canada and we have just started using a similar tractor setup for the summer months (have been raising rabbits for nine years with some experiments with tractoring).
@@dar914it does limit access to grass over a completely open bottom ... but Rabbits are diggers. If you leave the bottom open you will suffer significant loss from jailbreak escapees. They'll tunnel right out and disappear.

You'll hear it. They scream when caught uo in s move. Simply stop pulling and let them get a footing. About once every other month or so one lets us know he got caught up under there. We do 80-100 growouts a year and haven't suffered a broken leg yet. Just be slow to allow them time to move/prepare. They totally get it after the first 2 or 3 days out there.
Will the rabbits pull grass fro between the slats even if it is not sticking straight up through? Also, how far apart are the slats on the bottom of the coop?

Calforin came from corss chinchilla and w.zland ok so if corss it back zland all the bunnies are more zland less chinchilla and you get less chinchilla color or Calforin mark bunnies and more white or Black bunnies on color buck your using to breed does with the white fur make easyer to kill the rabbits

Yes, but you save on feed cost. You also introduce risk of disease.
