I lived at a Hawthrone apartment! I knew the second you toured it 😂 if it helps it’s a great management company. We had a great experience living there.
Love this type of video my favorite was #1 asteticly. Can't wait to see where you end up please show us any other homes you tour. Love this type of content.
#6 was nice too but way over priced I have a 5 bedroom home on a cul de sac and my mortgage is half of that rent its disgusting the price of rents and real-estate these days
Having the washer and dryer in your closet, may be a problem because of the moisture it creates. You don’t want that near your clothes( mold issues). That’s why I don’t like clothes closets in the bathroom.
Hi toots! I always look forward to watching your videos and hope that your enjoying family time in Italy! I love the fact that you let us go on your ventures with you. I'm not sure if your intending to stay in Wilmington but at the price range that those apartments are why not just look for a house that meets all your needs and pay the same amount or maybe less for a mortgage and its your own? I live in Chicago and the rent that your looking at could get me a nice sizable brand new built home for less. Then again, I'm not really familiar with Wilmington or any other state and the real estate market other than Illinois. Things to consider though, more room you have more stuff you'll need to fill the space and if you decide to move again, more stuff you'll need to pack and take with. Moving is such a bummer! (packing, loading, unloading, unpacking, etc grrrr) Either way, I hope you and Benny find a home that is right for the both of you! Happy hunting! :)
#8 is so beautiful ❤ Cries in California. New apartments like that are $3,000+ in my area😢 Im in a 2 bed 2 bath. In a not so nice part of town paying $2236 😭
@demiboyd574 That's a really smart move! OC house prices are crazy high😭 I'm originally from Fullerton & rent there went up like crazy ($2000 for 2 bed, 1bath). Luckily, we found a decent place in Pomona and plan on staying here until I'm done with grad school 🥲
We live in Apex North Carolina. The complex here is one of the newest in the area . The apt we live in is just a few feet from bedroom and the electrical unit box,the ground vibrating under the entire ground and walls ! Can't sleep ! Its conveniently across the street near Starbucks and Costco there are other stores too. I'm up now because of the vibrating disturbing sleep 💤.
The real questions for me are…which ones are pest free while paying monthly for pest control and having the monthly intrusion on my space to spray and for nothing? And which one does not feel like I’m living at a staffed institution? Where I’m at, I’m forced the extra fees and one being internet. I did not want internet nor do I watch TV, but it was forced upon me to pay monthly internet, which is corrupt. There is no privacy. Golf carts all day, maintainance/workers/landscapers around and making noise all day. I detest complexes. I also detest HOA’s. Wilmington is all about just that.
Omg some of these screamed YOU!!! But others were so *meh* The one with the HUGE living room and tons of windows was amazing but I know that was just for fun. I think I know which one you’re gonna go with but we shall see 🤩😜
Sam, a mortgage would be more affordable than the monthly rent for these apartments. Are you ever planning on buying a home? I can't imagine paying that much on rent for an apartment. I adore apartment #8 for Benny to have his wrap around balcony. 😊❤
love this vid! honestly apartment 1 or 2 i think would be great fits for your vibe, plus always gotta factor in cost. i live west coast canada and currently pay 5400$ a month for a house on an acre, 1700 here gets a shitty studio or a non-legal one bed basement suite. honestly considering moving to the US just for pricing on housing love you and your channel! been subbed for years, keep up the great work ❤❤
adding on, the house i’m in is up for development and property management flat out said it’s a tear down 😅 now that i’ve watched further into the video I def agree with everyone below me said #8 and i totally agree with that! so 1,2 or 8 feel the most you to me
I’m shocked how cheap the rent is there cuz here in Utah if you wanna live in Herriman/ riverton south Jordan area rent runs around $2000 for 1 bedroom units for what you get for 2 bedroom units which is a joke for my adult kids and it’s not much cheaper in other areas unless you wanna go to pretty bad junky areas but then your still looking around $1300/$1500 a month and of course if you want to rent an actual home it increases big time.
I wish you’d list off the names of the complexes! I know for safety reasons you might’ve not but I’ve been on a hunt for apartments set back from main roads :)
All this apartments are beautiful but I feel like u should go with a 2 bedroom. Bc the prices seem the same as a 1 bedroom n plus u have ur parents n friends visit u.
Hey there! I’m exploring moving to the Wilmington area from Maryland d and have a list of luxury apartments that I am looking at. Would you be able to name the places or could you message me the info? I did recognize Mayfaire from the sign in the kitchen but that was it. I love that you opened every door and explored every space. More apartments should do this themselves for prospective renters. Thanks!
I think this is the first vid ive seen in Wilmington. How is it there? Im moving to North Carolina, but I dont actually want to live in Charlotte or uptown. So seeing a diff city is nice.
Insane prices for apartments 🥲 I live in a 4bd 2bth house and it’s $1900. Have you also looked at house rental properties or is that something you would rather not live in? I feel like a big backyard would be so nice for Benny!
How is it in Wilmington city, im a surfer with 3 kids and wife planning to move from Florida, Deerfield beach. May be somebody got experience? Or live there who I could ask some questions?
I love apartment #8 such a big balcony for Benny ❤🐶 and it’s gorgeous!
#8 the best !!! the living room will always be bright!

The prices of these apartments are INSANE!! prices are just crazy nowadays. Especially for an apartment
Yea, at least in Lubbock texas, where I live, houses are much cheaper than apartments if you have roomates

Love this type of video my favorite was #1 asteticly. Can't wait to see where you end up please show us any other homes you tour. Love this type of content.

Yes a new video! Definitely my favorite person on UA-cam 💖 I’m excited for your apartment hunting journey 😊🙌
#6 was nice too but way over priced I have a 5 bedroom home on a cul de sac and my mortgage is half of that rent its disgusting the price of rents and real-estate these days
I feel like you could be a real estate agent if you wanted! Lol love it
Cant get over how much more you can get for your money down south compared to the Northeast! These apartments are like houses compared to ours
YES! Those same apartments in NH would be 3-4K a month / we don’t have anything that new, large, and modern
Love #8 the best! Good luck on your moving journey ❤
Having the washer and dryer in your closet, may be a problem because of the moisture it creates.
You don’t want that near your clothes( mold issues).
That’s why I don’t like clothes closets in the bathroom.
My vote is Apt # 8 I like your existing apt it's so cozy but when I saw apt 8 I thought yes that's a Sam apt. Best of luck :)

I also liked #8, but the other apartments in that complex were nice too 😊 Maybe you could paint some walls to make it less "cold" if that is allowed 🤗
love this vid! honestly apartment 1 or 2 i think would be great fits for your vibe, plus always gotta factor in cost. i live west coast canada and currently pay 5400$ a month for a house on an acre, 1700 here gets a shitty studio or a non-legal one bed basement suite. honestly considering moving to the US just for pricing on housing

Insane prices for apartments 🥲 I live in a 4bd 2bth house and it’s $1900. Have you also looked at house rental properties or is that something you would rather not live in? I feel like a big backyard would be so nice for Benny!
